I had the day off today, and I am going to be super busy through the weekend and early next week traveling so I decided to knock out my measurement day TODAY!

Previous numbers:
BPEL: 8.25"
MEG: 5.5"

New Numbers:
BPEL: 8.4"
MEG: 5.75"

So just as I suspected MEG is up .25" in 30 days of solid training. I couldn't be happier with that. For me right now, it is all about the girth gains. I am also up about .15" in BPEL. It's just shy of 8.5", but anything over 8" at this point is just gravy for me. I am only really wanting more girth. I want to be stretching out my wife when we are having sex. I have not measured base girth, although I know a lot of guys use that as their standard, I only really care about the girth that is usable, so I will only be tracking Middle Erect Girth. The goal is 6.25" MEG, then once I get there to cement and reset for a run to 6.5". 8.5" x 6.5"... Anyone else going for it?

My EQ is definitely impacted by how hard I am training, so it took some work to get the measurement. I may need to allow for an extra rest day per week (guess I am not the only one @zerotohero33 ) so that my EQ stays strong. I think I am going to go to a schedule of 2 on 1 off - 3 on 1 off... to get enough rest to keep EQ up. Rest day will be active rest with a 1x5 pumping session at low pressure (for circulation) and Red Light Therapy EVERY DAY!

I will keep my routine of mixing both VCP and VSP pumping in 2x10, with silistretcher usage for a goal of 2-hours daily, Jelqs and SSJ's mixed in with my pumping sessions and bathmate 1x5 in the evenings...

Hard to believe I started years ago at 7"x5" and now I am 8.4"x5.75"... for some perspective, that's an increase of 28% in total volume. Got to train hard if you want it, so get out there and get after it.

Yesterday training: 2x10 VSP Method pumping, 1x5 Bathmate. 100 Jelqs and 3 SSJ sets.

Today is active rest: 1x10 Bathmate and RLT.

Try wearing a cock ring while pumping and implementing SSJ just a few times between a 15-20 min session

Agreed, I am currently wearing a cock ring while I pump to help with expansion. I struggle with SSJs because I don't do adult entertainment at all, so it's hard to stay aroused enough to really do them for serious sets. I can only do 1 or 2 of them. I do 10 mins of pumping, then 2 SSJs, then 10 more and finish with as many as I can keep arousal for. Then I do 100 standard Jelqs.

I am going to focus on trying to get more time with bundled stretches to really loosen up the tunica to see if I can help with the expansion.
 
2x10 VCP pumping method at 7.5 Hg today. Minimal Fluid retention at 7.5 Hg, still not quite ready for 10 Hg though. 1x20 Red Light Therapy and currently in the silistretcher for as much time as I can manage today, will be shooting for 4 hours.

What's the VCP Pumping method? Is it explained somewhere in your thread?
It is, but a quick summary is that VCP (Vascular Capacity Pumping) is the traditional pumping method that works to expand your capacity to hold blood. Simply put, it's stretching the penis to allow for blood to come in.

This is in contrast to VSP (Vascular Strength Pumping) which is my method to increase the ability for my vascular system in my penis to move blood into the penis and fill it to capacity.

So one method expands my capacity, and the other ensures I have the vascular strength to fill that capacity. I use both methods and alternate days of training one vs the other.
 
Yeah, I am trying to focus generally on just improving my overall pre-pump stretching. Really getting the tunica loosened up before I pump to help with expansion and decrease FR.

It is just so amazing that we have figured out that bundle stretching has been the missing link in expansion and lengthening of the tunica. I guess better late than never!

I need to add it back in for sure, I am pumping at too high an intensity to get the expansion I want and it is impacting my EQ. I need more time stretching before I pump. My EQ is wrecked right now. I also think I am going to start adding more rest days, I don't want my PE to impact my ability to actually have sex due to EQ issues. It absolutely did last night, couldn't even really get up to have sex. Even with Cialis help. So I am definitely over-training right now and need to allow for more recovery time.

I hate when overtraining screws up sex. Sometimes it's so hard to know where the line is. I've made that mistake more often than I'd like to admit.

Yeah me too. You figure I would have learned already by now, but it can be challenging when you are seeing gains and seeing expansion to know exactly where that line is. I just need to apply discipline to a routine and proper rest. It's just like the gym, you have to allow time to recover both for the tissue, the vascular system and the nervous system. I really need to figure out what the proper ratio of training to rest is.
 
The one bonus of overtraining is with the fatigue you have the ability to stretch so much easier and productive. But this is always a problem for men who are sexually active because you don’t want to be in a state of fatigue in that case
 
I took a few days off, I rested until I felt like my EQ was back to 100%. Not being able to have sex due to fatigue is a major issue for me that I can't have happening.

I started again with a less intense routine yesterday. 1x10 VCP Pumping @ 7.5Hg, manual stretches.

I will be adding time in the silistretcher today BEFORE pumping to try to help with expansion. But EQ is a priority for me right now that I don't want to compromise on.
