It does seem to be working pretty well. I tried a longer session today working different set types to see what kind of expansion was possible with VSP method. I can confirm that 2x10 is the right balance. And anything more than 10 Hg for me right now just causes Fluid Retention. So I am going to condition there for the next month before trying to move up the vacuum pressure at all.2 x 10 seems to be the magical number! I am so hoping this is an incredible routine for superfast growth.
