I have changed and adapted over the years my routine. Refined it and changed tools as necessary. I have switched it up to keep getting gains over time, but also to experiment and just to try new things to see what works.

Speaking of fun:

1x20 pumping session (limited time so I had to get all knocked out in one session) lower intensity than normal but for longer duration. 1x20 min RLT session. Manual stretches for about 45 minutes though tonight, getting some work done.

Normal training day yesterday. 2x10 pumping VSP Method from 5 - 10 Hg. 1x20 Red Light Therapy. Manual stretching routine. Solid day.

Feeling sore from this weeks training so taking a light day today, already did the following today.

Active rest day today:
1x8min Pumping, standard method at 5 Hg, just increasing blood flow to bring fluid in for healing, no expansion goal. Light stretching after and 20 jelqs a light pressure. Just increasing blood flow again.

20 min Red Light Therapy for recovery and done for the day.

Keep crushing it fellas! Don't lose sight of your goals, it just takes discipline.

Solid day yesterday. Normal routine, but a little less intensity on the pumping. Spending more time at 5 and 7.5 Hg, and less at 10 Hg. Not as much expansion, but less fluid retention. Trying to find the right balance to maximize my "reps".

So 2x10 VSP method with the air pump. 20 min Red Light Therapy. Manual Stretches.

2 x 10 seems to be the magical number! I am so hoping this is an incredible routine for superfast growth.

It does seem to be working pretty well. I tried a longer session today working different set types to see what kind of expansion was possible with VSP method. I can confirm that 2x10 is the right balance. And anything more than 10 Hg for me right now just causes Fluid Retention. So I am going to condition there for the next month before trying to move up the vacuum pressure at all.

1x10 Red Light today. Got another RLT session planned for later too.

1-hour in the silistretcher since I am back home now as well.

Discipline is growth.

I love all the experimenting brothers are doing lately, reminds me of the old days. I’ve been in this business for almost 20 years and I’m always surprised at how much new methodology comes out of this brotherhood
 
Good training day today:

1x15 VCP method pumping (traditional method) held at 7.5 Hg. I want to keep a balance between the two methods for growth, I think both are important. I want to expand vascular strength and capacity to increase girth.

1x20 Red Light Therapy. I am experimenting with both pre and post pumping RLT. Seeing if it has an impact on expansion and fluid retention.

Manual stretches as well today. Will try to spend some time in the silistretcher tonight too.

2x10 Pumping 10 minutes VSP and 10 minutes VCP method. Mixing in both.

2-hours of Extending in the SiliStretcher, before pumping.

1x20 Red Light and NIR therapy.

I added a session of bathmate pumping for 10 minutes last night, after normal training. I may do the same tonight again. Not super high pressure, just enough to get expansion and keep pumped.

I did throw in the extra bathmate session last night. Didn't get as much expansion as I would have liked but I wasn't going that hard either. I think I am going to have to start adding SSJ's back to my routine soon as I condition upward to get the expansion and girth I want.

For me right now, I think the thing I really want is girth. I am over 8" in length, and through the process of my girth work will probably be back at 8.5" soon (but will need to cement that). I am more than long enough for my wife, easily hitting her Cervix and giving her cervical orgasms, which she loves. I don't REALLY need more in that department. But I really would like to exceed 6" and even hit 6.5" in middle erect girth. So I am just rethinking my focus.

This routine is already pretty girth focused, but I think I need to add SSJ's and probably need a siliring or clamp to help with expansion.

Feeling the soreness for sure today, so today is an active rest day, 2-hours time in the silistretcher and 1x5 pumping session. Red Light Therapy 1x20 minutes.

A rare thing but I had to work all-day today on a Saturday. Such is life sometimes. It doesn't happen often so I don't complain. Just blessed to have a good job.

That being said, I only had time for a 3x5 Bathmate session and 1x20 Red Light Therapy today. Better than nothing for sure. Back at it tomorrow with normal routine.

Solid training day yesterday. 2x10 VSP Pumping Method, 20m Red Light, Manual Stretches and a massive pump afterwards. Finished up with 2x5 bathmate and 3x40 sets of Jelqs in the shower in the evening.

Solid day again today. 2-hours Silistretching followed by 2x10 VSP pumping method at 7.5 Hg, good expansion. 1x5 SSJ's afterwards. Will try to get BM session in later tonight as well.

Good training day today. 2x10 VSP Pumping with 2 sets of SSJ's. 2-hours silistretching and 2x5 Bathmate session tonight with 2x75 Jelqs between sets. The soreness is there for SURE. Bring on the growth!

Only a few more days to measurement day (21st), but I have already hit 1 goal. I officially outgrew my 2x9 tube and had to move up to a 2.25x10. I suspect based on this that I am somewhere around 5.75" in MEG. But we will see soon.

This is such an important measurement and I am so looking forward to it. You’ve done some amazing experimentation and I hope it really turns out some incredible numbers
