Mityvac is the best pump on market
I actually agree. It's much better than Bathmate, mainly due to ease of use/less hassle, and no gaiter bite. The only bummer with mine is that the measurements sticker with the MOS logo was applied slightly off-center but it's not a big deal. There are fixed measurements on either side of the sticker so it's more for looks.

Long time reader here. I don't know if Seven is still here but this thread was an inspiring read. It rekindled my motivation and I implemented his routine into mine. Also gotten a HydroXtreme for the expansion and I love it. Helped me to finally break my BPEL plateau as a veteran (I was just not doing enough expansion, my BPFSL is way longer due to manual stretches and hanging over the past 3 years). Went from 8 to almost 8.5 from May to Today! Can't believe it myself. My BPFSL is at almost 9.25" so I still have room to grow even longer. I hope to hit the 9 in 2025. Thanks for the inspiration Seven! And I will definitely post my BP pictures for the community as soon as I hit the 9!

Are you saying girth work helped kickstart your length?
 
I enjoy it more than bm. It's much more convenient to use. Adjusting vacuum is 100x easier and you can actually know how much pressure there is. No water use. And you can go up or down in tube size without having to buy a whole new pump.

Now I guess I kinda prefer using my MityVac with air, though I always warm up for 5 mins infront of my IR lamp and use it during my whole 5x5x3 session as well keeping my unit warm, flexible and injury free as I go as high as 15hg when I pump and my EQ just seems to get better and better from this intense pumping pressure.

Now I guess I kinda prefer using my MityVac with air, though I always warm up for 5 mins infront of my IR lamp and use it during my whole 5x5x3 session as well keeping my unit warm, flexible and injury free as I go as high as 15hg when I pump and my EQ just seems to get better and better from this intense pumping pressure.

Shows how different everybody is. I was surprised how little fluid buildup happened when I introduced the BM like Seven with 4x5min sets at high pressures (13inHg and above) combined with 2x5min Clamping afterwards. 2 hours after my workout all edema is basically gone. When I use my air pump I get a huge donut as an uncut guy after 4 sets with only 12inHg. Everybody needs to find his routine and stick with it. And the gains will come.

Btw. When it comes to stretches Seven was spot on. You really have to stretch it like it owes you money in the direction of your erection. Nothing fancy but just enough force and enough time. Focus and stretch! As often as possible. After 7 days in a row my hands are so sore I get cramps in my fingers. And I am used to heavy lifting and manual labor.

But my stretched flaccid went from 8.8 to 9.2 in 2 months so screw the hands! And as a veteran I thought I already knew it all. You learn something new every year of the journey.

Yepp, that’s why we need to experiment just a lil bit to find out what works the best for us.

Glad to hear your stretching is working out brother, that’s quite the gain in two months time, and some fatigue of the hands are to be expected.

I totally wore out my underarms and hands from stretching BTC with the lengthmaster for 5 mins straight sets and ended up with some serious pain and inflammation of my elbow joint. Though looking to maybe re-introduce the Lengthmaster again in the near future as my elbow joint and underarms finally are starting to get better.

For now I’ll just use my extender and pump.

I still have my bm. But I mainly use it as just a means of switching it up. My big problem is it wants to suck my balls in. I absolutely gate that. So I couldn't go bigger than the X30, do to this problem. Where as the mity, I just went up to 2.125 in from 2 in. And it's nowhere near as bad at sucking my balls. Plus I'm not confined to a shower. I just thinks it's a better pump and experience all around and I'm not wasting water.

Still have my BM as well and might still use it every now and then, though I’m totally with you on not wasting warm water which shows up on my electricity bill unfortunately.

Use a 2 inch diameter tube right now and pack it girthwise and my goal is to pack it in length as well, as in a bit over 9 inches, 9.125 inches if I remember correctly.
As soon as I pack it in length too I think I will upgrade to a 2.25 inch diameter one at 12 inch length. As of now I get up to 8 inches in my tube so got a long road ahead of me before I also pack it in length.

The BM HydroXtreme, as of now, is just waaay to girthy for my unit. My dream is to totally pack it in girth and length one glorious day, though I doubt that will happen to be honest.
