Those pics do not do it justice man... so impressive and thanks for the knowledge as well! You should do some pics with like a water bottle or pencil or something just to use as reference. Everyday objects. That would really make it look like the monster that it is! Although the ruler does not lie and I think we are all appreciative of consistent, accurate measurements because you don't owe that to ANYONE :)

Seven im doing a lot of study and research, and I have a question. You said you do "pee tugs" whenever you take a piss, or just stretch randomly throughout the day. Wondering what intensity you apply here? Is it the same as your normal, super intense stretching? Also, I don't see you ever mentioning erect stretching. Ever do any of that?

I don't do this as often as I used to, but when I do yes, the intensity is the same. The idea was to keep my fatigue up, and not let things recover too much. I wanted to always keep my time between stretches at a minimum. I would just do hard 30-60 second stretches throughout the day, and have maybe 2 longer sessions.

For about a year straight my goal was to have constant soreness in my ligs or base, and I came damn close to achieving it. If the soreness started to decrease I would up the intensity and/or the frequency.

I'm not even sure if all that was necessary. It could've been a complete waste of time, but in the end I got the results I wanted so it's all good.

I had to abandon that goal because these days it's almost impossible to get my ligs sore, even after a deconditioning period. I think I'm now stretching more penis and less ligaments now. My new mortal enemy is the septum, and I will conquer that basted no matter what it takes.

I used to a little erect stretching when I was clamping, but that was it, nothing major. Lately I've been doing more, and I'm thinking that it might have something to do with my most recent gains.

The theory has always been that erect stretches can close the gap between BPFSL and BPEL, and I seemed to be in a great position to test that theory. My flaccid stretched length was more than an inch longer than my erect length, so let's see if I can close the gap.

Great work Seven! Just curious, are there some positions where you're no longer able to fully penetrate during sex? And if so, how much is 'out-in-the-cold'? Also, has any girl taken a look at what you're bringing and decided it wasn't for her? Knowing that every woman is different and their arousal levels can vary, so this could be a moving target that's impossible to predict/hit.

Yeah, all of them :) I haven't fully penetrated in years. Almost no one could take me when I was 8.5-9, and that was quite a while ago.

With my current GF, in missionary, probably about 2". If I push hard I can get another half inch or so. That's all going past the cervix, which is very easy with her.

I was at least an inch smaller the last time I was with a different girl, but back then I was with A LOT, but that never happened. Some would get nervous, but they were also excited.

The only reason I'm not currently working on girth is that my life circumstances don't allow that kind of time commitment. Length work is quick and easy, relatively speaking.

I definitely want at least another half inch of girth. Once I get there I'll figure out if I want more than that.

It really depends how much time I'm able to put into it. Right now I'm only doing manual stretching, and really not a whole lot of it. If I can increase the amount, and especially if I can start pumping and clamping again, and gains will come faster.

My original goal was 10" NBPEL, which is pretty much where I am now. I definitely want to get bigger, but it's really more of a mental image that I can't put an exact number on.

I want another 0.5" in girth, and then I'll reevaluate my girth goals once I get there and see how it is. I want as much length as I can get, and I think 11" NBPEL will be close to the image in my mind. I guess I'll figure that out once I get there :)
 
Hey Seven I remember reading you use theraband for manual stretching? Just wondering how you do this? I'm contemplating ways to get a better, more efficient grip. Currently I use talc powder and do kind of a 2 handed stretch because my grip gets tired from intensity. So do you use theraband or some kind of like exercise band to actually wrap around your penis and then pull the band instead of your member directly?

I'll try to get some pictures in the next few days. Reply and remind me if I forget.

The theraband is wrapped around, but I'm still grabbing on the penis. In other words, I grip exactly like I would normally, but there's a piece of theraband between penis and hand. I just find that it almost adheres to skin and gives an extremely strong grip.

I've been thinking of putting together a series of pictures, and maybe videos, of the different ways I stretch. But that's opening a whole new can of worms there, trying to figure out how to film that...

I also don't wanna step on DLD's toes, since he has the membership site with videos.
