I don't do any fancy double loop behind the back alpha charlie tango foxtrot optimus prime stretches. I do very basic stretching, but I do it right

Here are some of my thoughts on stretching and things I focus on.
Intensity - Stretch that motherfucker like it owes you money! I see so many videos where guys are half-assing it and doing weak stretches that are just not enough to produce results, and they wonder why they don't make gains.
Your limiting factor should always be your grip, not your penis. To put some perspective on it, my grip strength is enough that I can deadlift 455 (i.e. hold on to the bar) without using lifting straps. That may not be enraged hulk level strength, but it's way above the average dude. Despite that, my grip will still give out before my penis. That's how hard I pull.
Now obviously you have to work up to that level, and not be a fucking idiot and injure yourself if you're a beginner, but you have to keep pushing it to the limit.
Protip: My new secret weapon for manual stretching is a piece of theraband. God damn it makes for an absolutely iron grip!
Duration - Hold your stretches as maximum intensity for as long as possible. With just your hands (no theraband) even 30 seconds is very difficult. If it's easy for you, then you're intensity is lacking. But if you get to the point where you can hold a high-intensity stretch for 1-2 minutes or more, you will start to feel a new kind of burn on your legs and inner penis that you've never felt before.
Frequency - You need little to no recovery time when it comes to stretching, so do it as often as possible. Once a day is not enough for maximum gains. At minimum, do a full stretching session once per day and supplement with a stretch everytime you piss. More is always better.
SORENESS - My goal when it comes to stretching is for my ligs/inner penis to be sore constantly. If I push my fingers in above the base of my penis right now and feel my legs they are sore, and it's probably been 3 months since the soreness hasn't been there. If I really up my intensity it gets to the point where I can feel it is as I'm walking around.
Direction - At least 90‰ of my stretching is either straight out at the angle of my erection or below. I could be completely wrong about this, but I just always figured that by stretching at my erection angle, the "weak link" with regards to my penis size will always be getting stretched. I hardly even do side stretches anymore.
Disclaimer - This is all just my personal opinion based on my own experience. It could all be wrong, and maybe I'm just a fucking idiot with a huge cock who got lucky
