This routine changes based on work schedule, because I'm semi-hiding this all from my girlfriend. She knows about it, but I don't clamp or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] when she's home.

Morning before work: 2-3 sets of 5-10 minute clamping. While in the clamp I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and erect stretches. Flaccid stretches afterward.

Obviously I can't hold that intensity for very long, so I quickly release the pressure. I'm past the measuring meter on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], but my current max is about where 265mm would be. This set is rarely more than 3 minutes, never more than 5.

Clamping set 1: Get out of bath and dry everything off, and do a clamping session. Nothing special here, just going for maximum expansion.

By this point my penis is very fatigued, and I can't go as intensely this time, so I make up for it by going for 8-10 minutes. Clamping set 2: Final clamping set of the session. Sometimes difficult, because fatigue can make it hard to maintain an erection

Jelqing: I don't do much of this, just trying to get blood moving and get any additional expansion if possible.

(Drain bath and run shower)

Manual stretching: After my shower is my main stretching session of the day. Clean skin with no oil makes for the best grip, and combined with all of the stuff I just did including the hot bath and shower makes for an intense stretching session. My stretching is somewhat improvised, although I'm say ~70% is at the angle of my erection or lower, with some upward stretches thrown in as I feel like it. I like to hold stretches with extreme intensity for 30-60 seconds. I almost never make it to 60, due to grip failing. This session can last anywhere from 5-30 minutes.

All damn day: STRETCHING!! In addition to my light morning and intense afternoon stretching sessions, I'm doing it pretty much all day long, whenever I get a chance. About to take a piss? Do a few stretches. Sitting alone in my home office? Do a few stretches. Not currently stretching? Do a few stretches!
 
Now that's a bitch, not like the horrendous bullshit that snake posts. So after all that routine you must need to take clamped pics because of fatigue right? Boy my PC are getting hella conditioned now but nonetheless they get tired and I'm just there kegeling like a tard but pc is dead xD. I'm real inspired these days and you could say I always wake up real spiritual from regular dreaming. Idk what it I changed that I get one almost every night!
 
I just happened to take the first clamped pic because I had never had girth like that, and just kept taking them as another way of tracking progress.

I've always been a firm believer in measuring my penis every possible way and tracking everything that could be considered progress. Erect girth, clamped girth, base girth, mid shift girth, max [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] length, bpel, nbpel, bpfsl, flaccid hang, etc. I measure it all, and very often. I know some people have the complete opposite philosophy, but seeing any sort of improvement to any measurement keeps me motivated and let's me know what's working and what isn't.

...and yeah she's hot as fuck, and also a total size queen who can't get enough of my new found gains :)

Actually, I am so happy I no longer have to take pictures or any of that proof stuff. My penis was always camera shy so I am glad I gained, proved it and can now continue to do what I love, help you guys!

One reason I like taking lots of pics and measurements is that it keeps my perspective in line.

It's remarkable to me how quickly any gains I make become my new "normal" and it becomes easy to forget how far I've come. The first time I pumped/clamped to 6" girth (which was actually less than 2 months ago!) I remember that it felt inhumanly large, like no man could have a penis this thick. After just a few weeks of steady progress anything less than 6" feels like a toothpick. I've always gotten extremely minimal fluid build up, no matter what I've done. I do get a bit now that I'm combining [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and clamping, but it's still fairly minimal. I'd say that for example if I get a half inch of expansion, an eighth inch or less of that will be fluid.

The "downside" if you wanna call it that is that I never get this crazy 1"+ temporary expansion that other guys get. The most expansion I've ever gotten is probably 0.5" or so.

9.625" (9 and 5/8ths) now. I'm actually closer to 9.75, but I kept losing erection trying to get the pic. Oh well, if I can't get a picture of it, let's treat it like it doesn't exist and go with the smaller measurement for now ;)
