I remember years ago I said I wanted to have the record for the worlds largest penis. Strange thing is ever since I broke the 10" BP length mark I never really thought about it much. I think this exercise will not only elongate the ligs very quickly but it will also be the fastest way to cement erect gains. After a session you will be VERY SORE. I was sore for 2 days after a session so I only do this every 3 days.
