This shit was a killer basically you clamp and then compress the top and bottom of your dick to get the wide expansion . I but 2 steel plates and wrapped then in electrical tape . You can find the steps in the clamping forum


This workout today was intense. Hanging is cool but I don't feel like I have the time to do it every day most programs seem like the hanging alone is an hour plus

As i said in my other post i like hanging but with my time i cant fit it in every day . But im thinking of maybe hanging 1 day a week . The only day i can really hang is when my wife is out with her mom and she takes the kids . I figure if i can maybe hang 1 day a week that will mix up my program a good deal and could get some good gains
 
You never know, there may be something to inconsistent hanging. Almost a shock effect. You are going along nicely with your routine and then, out of nowhere, the hanging comes back in, shocking the penis into growth.

All gains are miraculous! Congratulations! Use this gain as fuel for the next. Also, remember, some men will grow faster at girth or length, this only means you need to put more effort into the place that is lacking. You may want to go exclusively length for a while to make those gains happen faster by dedicating all time to length. Later, when you have gained your length goals, you can switch into girth mode.
 
Have had a lot of friends and family in town so the workouts have been very short I've pretty much have done [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] and some light jelqs just to keep the gain train rolling my visitors leave tonight so I'll be back full tomorrow

I think there is some real validity to going exclusively for length or girth, but not both at the same time. For me, girth work really gets in the way of length training, particularly when using my PF or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. After a major girth session, I can barely squeeze into the XL bell of my PF. And with all the fluid retention, which is increased due to being uncut, all that puffy skin gets in the way, pinches etc. As I posted elsewhere in another thread, I think I'm going to park my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and clamp for the time being and go exclusively for length gains. Then, maybe 6 months down the road (or more), I will switch to exclusively doing girth work. And, I suspect that doing extreme jelq, squeezes, clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] stretches will insure that all length gains should easily be cemented. Comments?

I think I understand what you are saying Fill. If you do length in the morning and girth at night you are still left with FR the next morning and this prevents you from doing the length session again, is this right?

Oh, on a side note. In my experience if i have to do girth and length in the same session ill do length 1st . I dont get a good strength when i pump. I also feel like pumping/ jelqing after you get that lig and tunica stretch must be beneficial. Im not a dick scientist but if your breaking down your tunica with bundles getting an erections and then pumping blood into that newly broken down and expanded area must help with gains

Well, oddly enough, that's how I started my day. 2 sets of bundled stretches followed immediately with 20 minutes jelq with squeezes. BUT, I left out the clamp and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words], for now. If I can maintain my current girth gains with this routine while still going full bore with length, cool! I have a slight bit of FR from the jelq session, but nowhere near what it is after clamping/bm.

That was always my plan. Length in the AM and girth in the PM and for good reason. In the AM I am so tired and have no focus, the perfect time to stretch as it takes no mental energy, simply stretch with all I got. today i did some ats rollers as suggested by red i had 2 steel rods from a project i did a while back i wrapped them in electrical type to make sure it was smooth and i went to work . Its basically jelqing with a pole below and above your dick to get some wide expansion . I would suggest looking at the ats thread for more info . I really liek it my dick was really wide after giving it that sinister look . I didnt do much else since i just wanted to play around with this . I like the red fernadoz but this give you more control

I can see where it puts you in a tough spot when you can't do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] and use the PF but the plan you listed seems like a good one. It sounds as if it would be pretty intense

That's the logic I've employed from 'day-1'...if I can maintain the stretch/expansion eventually it will become the 'new normal' and just repeat the process. I think I'll be ordering the PF soon and incorporate that too
