I've decided to log my daily works outs. Even if I'm still in between what I would consider full works I still would be beneficial to post them maybe someone could get a little insight I record all my workouts anyways in a notebook app on my phone might as well post them

i would recommend either warming up via erected stroke/massage, stretching, jelqing, or kegeling before going into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words]

u can do one, a few, or all of those options before going into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]. i normally do a few and change them up every day. sometimes when i'm pressed for time i'll do one of them which i feel like doing or perhaps need to do that i've been missing

the reason is u will get better expansion and length now that the tissues have been warmed up, stretched or expanded

as opposed to going in cold into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]. i've done this plenty of times and usually get a lot of red spots this way with skin pain so i learned the hard way

Looks like a good routine Dread. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] will change the way you look at stretching. Once you get a good wrap it will make the session a lot easier. I was having trouble with keeping a good grip from manual stretches but that is a distant memory now.
 
it's funny, time flies when I do PE...my routine is generally an hour and I'm always surprised how quickly that elapses. once you receive your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], the intenisty will increase by more than double and you'll see that holding each stretch for longer is a 'piece-of-cake' (heck, you can do it all one-handed and eat your cereal at the same time)

With all 3 of the sets together I get alot if expansion. I'm testing a few different lengths of time for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] and the jelqs to see which combo works for me . The 12 min pumps where good but I feel like most of it was fluid . . 10 works well but I feel like the 7 min pump and the 5 min jelq works best for me

I've tried both c and v and it definitely helps but still anything over that 7 min isnt enjoyable . And I also don't like the fluid retention feeling . The head of my dick feels sort of I pump to long

My favorite girth exercise ever! SlowSquashJelqs leave only room for expansion as no blood leaves the shaft since hands are trapping blood at the base and at the head. A very powerful use of blood.

During the clamping time i messed around with some clamped exercise like clamped jelqs and bends I even did a clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] . There are alot of threads about [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] and clamping but nothing with a real program . I'm thinking I may write something up once I text some.more ( if dld feels I'm.worthy to post a program .
