Yea that's the plan I was thinking about adding some hanging in but I don't think I have the time to put in as many hours as needed

I wanted to run an idea by you. What do you think about focusing mostly on lig gains. It seems most think lig gains are easier to come by. So what about focusing on the directions that tax the ligs most like sd and btc

10 sets of that so 30 min of stretching

I think the srt program is around 30 min on so what about focusing that 30 min on the stretches that hit the ligs most. There is 100% benefit to the tunica strecth but why not focus on the ligs until i get all those gains

This looks like a good routine if you’re only looking for length. I would still highly recommend that you include bundled stretching, expressive stretching and erect stretching. You can add this in and it will not take up that much more time and your gains will be so much faster.
 
hey guys half way day with todays program and I have learned a few things. I was trying to do expressive stretching with my LM. But I am uncut so it just keeps sliding . When I do normal LM stretches high on the shaft i can pull my forskin back enough but not with these . I either need to cut expressive out or find an alternative. I know there is a way to do it with the power assist ring but i need to find instructions because im not sure i understand how that works

My plan was to wake up at 1 am do the program put on my ads and sleep with it . But i think i am way to much of a light sleeper and i just couldn't get to sleep easily with the ads. So i think i maybe get up at like 5 or 6 am and do it then that should give me enough time to do the program before i have to start getting ready

there are so many ways you can do expressive stretching. You can do them manually by gripping at the base and stretching from there. Hole stretching is when you put your penis through the ring of the LM push it against your pubic bone allowing it to expose as much internal penis as possible and then stretch from there. If you have a pump you can do DLD hard core stretching.

if you’re LM stretches or sliding or uncomfortable you need to work on your wrapping. The way we wrap the penis it’s so important to the LM exercises and every other tool that uses compression. You need to wrap tightly but at the same time you have to make sure there is no creases or wrinkles or holes in the wrap because if there is there will be pain. Once you have found a good wrap it is smooth sailing from there.

And just so you feel inclusive 95% of the men who by the LM have the same issues you’re having and they are always worked out by mastering the wrap.

if I were to do the bath mate expressive would you still suggest doing it 1s before my bundles and normal LM stretches or after ? Would the temp girth increase make it tougher to get a good stretch after

Do them after bundles, do everything after bundles. Every workout whether it be for length or girth bundles should be done before any other exercise. The reason for this is because bundles pre-stretch your Tunica allowing you to take up much more size.

SD0( 8 am ) Once I got up I straped on the ads . Used that for 73 min. 12 warmed up did 1 set of bundles in each direction . I then tried to do hardcore battmate stretches for expressive but kept losing suction. I dont seem to be having much luck with expressives. I dont have alot of tiem to train PE so I may skip or replace expressives for a while. I then did 2 sets of the LM stretches. Then but the ads back on for 93 min

Data analysis is a big part of my day job some I'm always in sheets and Excel I think more guys should track in sheets it will give you the ability to better track data and trends over time

I also track my gym workouts in sheets

I agree 100%. I wonder if we could create a script that would allow men to lay their routines out in the same way using a program like excell. I think having everything organized the same way will be much easier to understand as much more readable.

woke up warmed up did the 1st 2 rounds of bundles and LM stretches. put in ads for 4 hours Later in the day I did bundles but cut them down to 20 secs then 1 set of LM starteches , Hoped in the shower and did a 5min bm pump
