The bundled stretches feel pretty good intense but good. I like them because it feels like I’m getting more work in a shorter amount of time. Ive only been holding them for 10 secs just to ease into them but ill be moving up to 15 sec next week then 5 more a week until i hit 30 secs

This is basically my routine right now but its forever changing. I like that i get an intense pump in a short period of time. The only thing that can change day to day is i may do ssh instead of clamping just depends on how i feel. If i have a little extra time i might clamp another set as well
