I try to do that at least every other day but that doesn't always happen im hoping to start to training
I can completely relate to you I have two grandchildren, Michael who is 2 years old and Noah who just turned one. they are all over the house, non stop screaming, yelling, laughing and crying...climbing all over the furniture, leaving toys everywhere, but it is a total joy to me.
Just be creative and try to find time whenever and wherever you can. If you can't get a whole hour in go for 10 - 5 minute sessions throughout the day.
