Can you help me out as well? I have an order ID with an email that says the status is shipped from Feb. 26th, but that may be from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] foam rings replacements, as I ordered both the same night.

I ordered mine today and got a reply with my order number. My question is, will i receive another email once my order has shipped? I'm in the US and just wanted to know how long it would take now that you are using a different supplier.

Still wondering when we will be able to purchase comfort pads. My second one is deteriorating quickly. Tried it before without pad and with the latex sleeve,just didn't work for me very well.
 
Dear SDinSD,

At this time, the new Shipping Notification and tracking is being written and should be live now. With the move from Amazon to another provider that provides Same Day Shipping, some programming changes where needed so some orders might not have gotten notifications.

All products are well stocked so orders placed before 11AM are shipped the same day.

As I said above, Agust has been out due to a health issue. I will send this directly to his personal email to see if he can do something. Do not fret, he will make god with your issues. Thanks for understanding.

I have one question, for which i was unable to find answer on the net.

I ve been using [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 1,5 years now and in the last few months the suction created by the unit has become weaker.
The feeling, while in session, is not as "strong" as it was before and the penis does not fill up the whole unit like it did before.
By estimate, i would say the suction power has been reduced by 50%.

The pubic hair is not the problem, nor is the cleanness.

Any sugestions?

I would suggest cleaning the valve. Agust has a video up somewhere showing how to clean and I think there is also a sticky showing how. This will bring to new again.

Thanks, for suggestion, but like i said the cleanness is not an issue. I went trough that video, and i ve been cleaning the unit regulary. It s spotless, so there must be some other possible reason for why the suction is weaker.

Ya, that could be it. I clean my valve regularly.

That's my problem, there's a a small part there where the glue lost it's seal, my warranty is done, what kind of glue should I use to fix it? Someone else here must have ran into this problem before.
 
Still waiting for an answer on comfort pads. Mine is almost shot. I would think it would be easy enough to sell these along with the other accessories.

Ya they do sell them, search the website
 
Spare parts have to be obtained from the factory due to the fact that we won't pay for replacement rings that we think is part of the warranty. You can also email [email protected] and ask for Comfort Pads as long as it is within warranty period.

I had an issue with one of my Bathmates, but that was due to the fact that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words] lost its pulling power. I whipped out the ShoreA meter and according to the specs that are top secret, it had fallen by 10 ShoreA points in hardness, therefor making it a tad less pulling. This unit was 2+ year old. (ShoreA determines the hardness of the rubber)
