Give it some time, they are getting up to speed. At this point the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] will fall under replacement if it is still under warranty. I am hoping they create a kit for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] soon.

Yes, the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]shower strap[/words] is not a requirement. Yes I do hold the pump for support even though I have a good suction. It does lose suction for awhile, but not a lot so that's why you pump again after 5 or 10 minutes whatever feels best for you.
On the Canada site I don't see a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] bundle its just by itself. Just checking with you guys.
I sent an email to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] customer support linked at the bottom of the page (page linked from this thread) and got a reply from them saying that the platinum package includes everything. However the problem is, I don't see any platinum package on the page! Is it just me and there's some problem with my web browser or does is everybody else also unable to see the platinum package as well?
I am trying to figure out if there is a format / script error on my side.
