Hey guys took the weekend off. I stretched yesterday for about 1/2 hour then wrapped up for about 8 hours and then did my girth routine of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s ( i do as many as i can until i can't go any further). I think my nbpfs has gone up so hopefully erect gains will come soon.

Good to hear! You should measure your FSBP measurement to see what gains are in store!
 
Alright lads, DLD my bpfsl is about 8''. So hopefully some el gains are coming. Wrapped for 8 hours yesterday with usual length routine and did the same today but with 9 hours being wrapped. Just did my girth and got to the mar just under 6'' which is the best i've got in expansion so far!!!!

Cheers DLD, i'm sure my bpfsl is the longest its ever been. I haven't really measured it before how long do you think it will take to turn into EL gain??? I noticed it probably a week ago!!

Excellent. This is where you will see length gains first, you can look at your FSBP size as your future erect size....very motivating and it shows you that pe is working!
 
Well if your bpfsl increases lets say a 1/4'' you now that either more penis has been pulled out of the body or the tunica has lengthened or the ligs have stretched. At some point your erect penis will accomodate that new bit of length. So if you want to know whether your Penis Enlargementing is working, maybe every 3-4 weeks check your bpfsl to see if any gains have been made, if there are gains you now you will be gaining erect length soon!!!

my bper is 6.5 my flaccid stretched length is 7". Does that mean if i get my flaccid stretched to 7.5" then my erect length will soon follow and hit 7" ??
 
Basically yes. But i don't think it will jump up half an inch maybe 1/8'' or a 1/4'' tops. Go get those bpfsl gains!!!

Did usual morning length routine, maybe an 1/8'' off 6'' in flaccid length during my workout. Can't wait to hit it. Then wrapped for 8 hours. Did my girth routine and again 1/8'' of 6'' girth during my workout. I want my short term goal by xmas!!

I measured again and its definatley 6.75 nbpel. So im happy with that. Now for 7'' for xmas. I won't to be in the 7 inch club so bad!!!
Had the weekend off as usual, today did my length routine this morning and wrapped for 7 1/2 hours and just did my girth workout.

My length session is,
6mins of expressive stretching (6x1min mandingo v stretches, alternating hands)
30 sec straight up bundled
6x40sec DLD blasters (alternating hands)
4x40sec BTC left and right
2x1min bundled straight down
2x40-40 rotaries.
I started on a completly different workout at the beginning, and as i have progressed i have brought in new more intense exercises and i have changed some basics exercises to mae them more intense.
Again my girth routine has changed as well. I started doing just jelqing and now i use jelqing as a warmup, maybe do 200-300 jelqs and then i do slow squash jelqs, i do as many as i need to to get to the desired girth. I started at 4.75'' girth and now im 5.25'' but i feel i have got maybe slightly thicker!!

Yesterday did morning stretch routine and then wrapped for 9 hours with 4 short stretch breaks. Then in the afternoon did my girth workout and hit just over 5,75'' mseg.

Well today was a good day on the stretching front. During my stretch routine i hit 6'' flaccid hang which is cool. After stretch i wrapped for 10 hours with some short breaks. Just did girth routine and again got to 5.75'' expansion.
