Okay thanks. Since I started hanging again about a week ago, things have been going well. I've noticed that after sets, im reaching a new stretched length of around 9.9 inches bone pressed standing up. Last time I checked it was about 9.8 after my hanging sessions.
Erect length is has also gone up about the same as well, sitting between 8.8 and 8.9 inches bone pressed after edging after a hanging session standing up.
Been going to the gym for the last 2 months as well and all the muscle I had gained in the past came back. Really quickly actually, I was surprised. I think its because im older now, im 22 right now and when I never worked out that consistently besides 6 really intense months when I was 20.
I think its just maturity of my muscle getting older. I'm 203 at '5 "9 right now and my bench has gone from 240 - 330 since I started 2 months ago. Its my strongest exercise and its the only powerlifting type of movement I train. Hopefully within the period of a full year of working out, I could get to 4 plates or close. Would be cool.
Still working on getting lean though. Im a lot more lean now than when I started, but my body has recomped so slowly, that my weight hasn't changed that much. I've lost probably 5 pounds but the rest is just fat being replaced by muscle.
