Ok, so the IPR theory has been floated here at MOS. It's not a bad theory, and it can be utilized for men who have issues with erection quality and also as a change of pace from constant Penis Enlargement. It. as everything else in the Penis Enlargement world, is a tool and most importantly it evokes thought on current routines and the progress you've made working in a certain manner.

In my own experiences I've found that it is necessary to rest and break from Penis Enlargement for 2-3 days, and I've even gone as far to take off for 3 months. These breaks have always improved my mental health as well as my Penis Enlargement routines upon my return.

Most recently I've been focused on how rest affects the quality of my erections, sessions (girth and length), mentality, and how I progress. So far the reaction to 2-3 days off once in a week has been very helpful and my sessions are very productive. Progress isn't necessarily measureable in girth, but my length has improved very rapidly, as I'm stretching closer to 8.5" on a cold measure than I ever have. My post session length is a bit more than 8.5". Girth on OFF days has improved to a bit more than 5.6" with no edging, and I've noticed that my girth sessions post length session/ADS have been very productive as of late.

My routine consists of 6 upper angle stretches; meaning I stretch above horizontal in a middle, right, left direction respectively. After these stretches I move into a bundled stretch at horizontal moving left, middle, and right respectively. Each stretch is held for 30 seconds each, and then I sit with a heating pad post session for about 5 minutes. Then I get into my ADS and spend anywhere from 4-6 hours in it in an around the waist position. I usually get to a point where I can't keep the ADS on any longer than 4-6 hours without having to reset it every 30-60 minutes beacuse of skin discomfort.

After this I then have a pumping and clamping girth session later in the evening. This usually consists of 1-2 sets of pumping and clamping consecutively. I pump for 10 minutes and then I clamp for 10 and this is a great girth workout and it doesn't cause erection problems until I hit days 3-4 in a given rotation. Anyway, this is how I've been working things recently and I'll contiue to work this until I don't get anything from it.
 
I measure in a few days (have seen length increases unofficial though) and will report then. I am using more of a less is more routine currently.

So you're gaining length from such a minimal manual stretching routine?

How have your girth gains been?
and what exactly do you mean your girth session post length/ads have been really productive as of late?

I'm trying to construct the ideal length/girth routine for when i come back from my Decon period.
 
The length routine for me usually takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. What I have written down is what I go through, but I usually do include some different angle stretches as well like BTC or SD but that's usually for 1-2 stretches at most. I think the ADS is what has helped me the most because I can keep a pretty high level of tension on with the Vac-extender with no problems.

What I meant by the post length girth session, is that I do my girth sessions AFTER my length sessions. The reason I wrote it that way is because I used to not work length and girth in the same day, and usually not at the same time at all. I used to hang and girth work interfers with hanging because of fluid buildup, so I would go weeks at a time without working girth at all. So far it seems that the added stress on the tunica has helped me gain fairly quickly. I'll measure again in 4-6 weeks.

I have the fast size noose style extender. I remember there was alot of skin irritation that came with it. Do you recomend this vac extender?
 
Yes I do recommend it because it is a comfortable device but most importantly it has several functions. This is a very good device and the best ADS I've ever used.

how long can you wear it in one sitting?

Also they have a combo Vacu hanger + vac extender head for 150$. do you think its worth it to get both? I have a max vac which I'll probably use for heavy hanging.
 
Well, for one go around today I wore it for a good 5-6 hours without a break. I had some fluid buildup in the head but nothing serious and with absolutely no discomfort. The only time I ever have trouble is when I'm driving and my hip and thigh are squeezed together against the ADS and it's compressed for a period of time. This just causes some skin pinch that I really just don't like, but it's nothing to worry about. The device is EXTREMELY easy to wear and is really comfortable.

VK why don't you use the max-vac as an ADS. There is a whole forum dedicated to ADSing with the max-vac at mynewsize. It took me a while to get it but I got it. I'm going to try and use swm's style. He attaches two bungie cords to a ankle strap. He says it keeps tension even when you are sitting.

On a serious note, I think with the PhalloSan you can piss while still wearing it, if I'm not mistaken, although it's way overpriced.

Actually since it's getting colder I don't drink as much water, but yes I do still take a piss every now and again. As far as keeping time I usually don't count the 30-60 seconds that I'm not in the ADS against coonsecutive wear time.

VK, It looks bulky to me as well. The Vac-extender has so many different uses that it is without a doubt the best purchase, and to get it with a vac-hanger is ridiculous.

I have to say that what I'm doing now seems to be working very very well. I am now able to hit the 8" FSL on a cold stretch, and after a session I'm getting in the neighborhood of 8.5" on a light BP measurement. I think ADS is the whole key to a rapid increase in length, that's in comparison to a standard non-ADS supported length routine. My stats recently using the ADS compared to what progress was like before seems like night and day.
 
Yes, I also believe keeping the penis extended all day AND night while not hanging is a big booster to length gains. I have been successfully ANS for the past two weeks straight. That's a good 8 hours of light pulling on my penis!

millionman, with the vac extender, do you have to wear a sheath around your penis? Or is all you need the sheath used on the extender itself?

With TheGRIP's ADS I use two sheaths and then put on the weight-attachment sleeve.

I LOVE the feeling of having my penis tugged on all day. I can feel the cells just expanding along with my tunica. I'm also hoping that ANS will help me gain a little girth, along with the hanging and ADSing I do during the day, since at night I have a bunch of erections, a lot of time waking up with one, and the weight-attachment is still perfectly on my penis and getting pulled by my 24" key reel.

Yeah I know what you mean. I think it just takes time to adjusting it to your needs. There is a video at mynewsize with BTC doing jumping kicks while ADSing. I think once I get it perfect I will feel comfortable wearing it at college. The only thing wrong now is the weight attachment bangs into the coupler hose and makes a clanking sound. Maybe if I tape them together...mmmh.

The vac-extender would be perfect for ADSing too. I'm in college and can't afford to spend that much money on stretching devices.

I have a fastsize extender. Do you recomend I buy the whole extender from autoextender for 129, or just the modified vac-extender head (for third party extenders) for 89.99.

I have seen people using TheGRIP's weight-attachment sleeve for it. It's like $25.
 
Well, the whole package from vac-extender is good, but if money is an issue then get the vac-extender. Remember with it by itself it can be used as a hanger, an ADS in multiple positions, and an extender. Multiple functions makes this device AWESOME!!! I reccomend getting it over the head attachment alone, simply because it comes with all the attachments for the ADS, extra silicone sleeves, and the exteder portion as well.
