I know what you mean. But at least a respected mainstrean medical pro acknowledged it. Like many in his profession he likely needs solid independent clinical trial evidence from double-blind placebo controlled studies before he can endorse it. That's just the way they are and given his high profile I can't really blame him.

But, again, it's still good that he said permanent Penis Enlargement is possible. It's a step in the right direction anyway.

Did you mean "Step in the right ERECTION"? :O)

Sorry I took sooo long to get back to this one - been really busy!
Big Al,
I will look up Davis Law. Thanks.

As you say, i did lose my latest girth gain (123-5 back to 120mm) by stopping, but the length has held at my plataeu point of 165mm BPenis EnlargementL.

My penis was stressed, and my sexual function did start to suffer (hyper sensitive tip) a little and is still showing some slight tip discolouration today. My semi-erections feel like they are made of tougher stuff nowadays, if that makes any sense. Better now, erections are softish on start-up, (but that is probably the finasteride I am taking), but does get really hard 'once in there'.

I would rather have a working 140-145mm than an impotent 200mm like the tribemen mentioned, so would my partner if you know what I mean.

Thank to Penis Enlargement, the tip of my cock can kinda touch her A-spot and epicentre at times if different positions, although orgasms are in the missionary posn, working the clitoris (most common-O), gspot (2nd orgasm is normally more G-spot), and occasionally the epicentre lets me in for an occasional deep-O. I am patient and a happy to stop a long while, rather than risking erection problems for an uncertain prospect of any further gains.

So Big Al, you are saying in a roundabout way, deconditioning will help if I don't lose any more gain and I take a total break for say - until August(?), then startup a new routine that does not overstretch, but not a newbie routine either??

My other Penis Enlargement site had a post with a guy who tried to improve on his natural 8" but didn't gain and ended up with added toughness instead. He gave up after 1 year. Maybe he overwoked too.

Maybe this is the end game and guys who end don't post anymore and that's why there are not many recorded examples?

Hope not, cos i really enjoyed gaining, every millimeter was another amazing milestone of achivement.

No, you're approaching this with an "all or none" mentality. You can quite "Penis Enlargement" exercises but still do some kind of stamina work and you'll maintain all of our gains and even improve your potency.

They key is to find a balanced routine. You want a routine that's intense enough to stimulate gains but not so damaging that you start to suffer from ED. Keeping a detailed journal will help you avoid going too deep into a nonproductive mode of training.

A good way of gauging whether or not your routine is too intense is through your erections. If your erections start to falter or if your penis seems "tired" more than 24 hours after an intense workout, you're doing too much.

If your penis is getting bigger your erections should be of higher quality too :)

GREAT ADVICE! Thanks Al!

"Where did you read this about ligs, moregains? I have read about muscle atrophy(?) but does it apply to ligs with respect to breaks in Penis Enlargement." Not Me

Atrophy means wasting. There's only death of tissue when you cut of the supply of blood. I don't feel like my ligs are tougher...my penis feels tougher. I don't remember feeling firm tissue within but I do know. Pretty sure I used to be able to push straight through the skin during erections before I started Penis Enlargement.

Al's thoughts on a routine that doesn't affect your erection is kind of the same conclusion I've come to. My routines are more intense but I'm not doing girth right now so that may be a big part of my erections being strong no matter what.

I don't remember where I read the info on ligaments. I think it was relative to sports injury. However the septum is the likely trouble maker for most guys.

Al,
I am restarting in September. That gives me 6 months off. I monitored may gains and kept all but the extra 2-3mm girth made in the last few months (2.5yrs in total). I have permanent gains thanks to Penis Enlargement. ( I have a diary in another site, but won't link it in case the site moderators ban my ass);)

Now, what to do in September. I am monitoring some other guys (another site) who are restarting after a few months break and it looks promising, but they haven't measured yet. I'll keep you informed.

Ligs are a length thing anyway, gaining girth will be fine if length has maxed.

irafreak,
That is exactly what I found - my ligs are thicker, tougher and my erctile tissue feel kinda like a rubber hose when it gets erect, although the decon break has made my erectile tissue softer again.

As for the medical debate around Davis Law, It is inconclusive - this is emerging knowledge, I think.

I know we are really going on and on about this, but I think it is worth keeping this thread warm because is has gotta affect a lot of Penis Enlargement'ers and there isn't much totally conclusive info about managing tough ligs, only comparisons to muscles.
