I achieved girth gains at the base first. They then made their way further up my shaft, which I attribute to the jelqing.

As it stands, my base and midshaft measurements are the same. It then gets thinner as it approaches my head. After I reach my length goals (9" NBP), I will work on building a mushroom head.

Don't pull too hard at first. When you're stretching it at the correct position for your body,you will find that you do not need to pull very hard to feel the intensity. THen, as you become accustomed to this position, things will naturally loosen up and you can then pull harder.

What I've experienced is that if I pulled too hard right away, my dick would often retract.

Also, make sure to keep the blood flowing every two minutes or so of stretching.
 
Very, very interesting Vindicator, congrats on the gains! I am desparate for girth gains at the moment (although I have gained 1/8 inch after clamping for around 6-8 weeks now to reach 5.75), so I am going to try altering my girth routine to incorporate your ideas. I will try warming up with a hot wrap, then jelqing for 10 mins, then doing my normal clamping workout, finally jelqing at a very low erection level for at least another 10 mins or more if I feel like it.

I will let everyone know how it turns out :)
 
Thanks for the advise Vindicator, if you don't mind I also have another question to ask you.

When I'm stretching I'll become really sore and have to take a bit of a break. This extends my stretching time dramaticly.( From around a half hour, to over 45 mins). I'm using a bandana folded 4 times for grip.

Do you have any advise as to how I could make my stretching sessions more efficiant?
 
Nice observations about stretching. I'm having a hard time getting what your expressive stretching is though...
 
FANTASTIC read, great motivation for me now. Your the fastest gainer in Penis Enlargement history thus far that I know of with such large gains, well done indeed ... no dougt you also have good genetics to some extent for this but your whole insight into how it worked is very good and has learned me some new things so thank you very much indeed.
 
for a truly great grip, use gym chalk. baby powder will only get you so far. Trust me, gym chalk makes a huge difference. rub that stuff thick on your hands. I just started using it a few days ago.

Now that is ingenious, I never though about that. Also, now that you said that, what about cue chalk for pool?

I guess it might work...but you'd have to be careful that it doesn't stain your penis.LMAO

I suppose cue chalk could work. Gym chalk is cheap, and you get a lot. The grip you get is much more secure than baby powder, it is insane. My stretches are so secure, I can pull straight outwards and hit all ligaments. I can easily get that feeling when you are stretching the main arteries too.

I suggest you look online for gym chalk. 10 bucks for 8 large blocks. It breaks apart easily, so put all the solid pieces you can keep in a large plastic baggy, and all the smaller pieces that got broken off, put those in smaller baggies and use those as you go.

It is magnesium carbonate. good stuff. I suggest all dudes who are stretching get it. You may have had good stretches before, but you will never slip with this stuff.

The reason you are getting sore is perhaps you are pulling too hard too soon into your stretching routine. I used to do this when I first started Penis Enlargement but found it counterproductive.

Here's what to do:

Adequately warm up.

Downward jelq your flaccid penis for 2 minutes or so. 4-6 second strokes. Don't squeeze hard. You're just trying to get the blood flowing here.

Now that your penis is warmed up, grab your penis by the head, push it in toward your body and then stretch it straight out, very slowly, allowing the tissue to relax. Then when you stretched it fully, push it back in toward your body, basically playing your penis like an accordion.

When you stretch, start little by little. Get more intense as the session goes on. Too hard too fast activates your body's fight or flight response, and causes your penis to retract, which makes it painful to stretch.
 
So this stretch is like the two way stretch that I heard about on another forum where you grab the base of your penis and pull it toward your body and grab the glans and pull it away, or did I misunderstand something?

Just so you know, this stretch isn't primarily for length gains, it is a light stretch designed to relax your tissue so that you can get better gains when you do more intense stretches (DLD blasters, dual fulcrum, BTC, whatever, etc) immediately following.

It's basically to ensure proper warmup and prevent uncomfortable soreness. However, whenever you stretch correctly, you will still have soreness to some extent, but it is a more comfortable soreness.
 
Dudes...I know i'm a paranoid mofo sometimes but i have to say this...Shouldn't you guys check out the "ingredients" on gym chalk and pool chalk BEFORE you start to apply it on your penis!!?? Maybe, just maybe, lets say, it's TOXIC, or causes rashes or enters your urethra and irritates it or some other shit...I know it's only magnesium or whatnot, but do you know the long term effects on human skin and mucosa?? I sure the hell don't...:O

Oh one other "thing", maybe a million milles of topic here but... I'm doing Penis Enlargement for almost 4 months now and ZERO discoloration. I'm NOT a hanger YET and that alone diminishes the possibility of discoloration but i jelq, i stretch...The only thing i can find that i'm doing different from most is...i never used baby powder, or anything other than my hands to pull on it...You think it may be related??!!!
