NIR + RED - Fat Pad reduction theory

I'll answer my questions, I think the others are for 7 o 9

I do 30 min straight once a day or as noted up to 6 times a week, it is usually 5x a week. That is the maximum time I have seen allowed for red light. Please research what is best for you.

I use a RED + NIR Pad. I have yet to get the MOSRED since this was before me at MOS purchase.
Skin peeling from?
- excessive forces/intensity on the tissues?
- dry/chaffing of skin from abrasions due to friction for the routines?
- due to high exposed doses from full contact IR pad with too high of an irradiance?

isnt fat pad a result of cortisol (chronic stress)? so lowering cortisol naturally would reduce fat pad?

Cortisol is partly responsible for forcing you to eat more, which in terms making you fatter. Stress eating is the common term. What responsible for your fat is high sugars. Your body holds onto excess sugars for the rainy days when you starve yourself.

Lightning told me 20 minutes per session, and pointed me to some research papers on NIR.

I can offer you quite a bit of red light studies, including internal spectrum penetration measurements as well. Everything falls down to proper power measurement and penetration capacity of the device. Using a generic solar meter will not give you the proper measurements that researchers used to do true tests of penetration and exposures.

i mean from what i read cortisol is the main reason for bellyfat and is hard to get rid of.

Cortisol is simply a hormone generated from stress loading. It triggers the body to eat to preserve energy for possible critical survival mode down the road by instinct. In the ancient time, we don't have refined sugars and high caloric contents like we have now. We can eat until we practically give out and barely gain any weight. Now, we have so much high caloric contents that just a a day of binging, we gain at least 5 pounds of fat with ease.

Belly fat is very stubborn to get rid of, especially the one near the pelvic region. It's very easy to pack on, because it's the primary area for fat storage. The only way to burn it is to be active, eat less sugars, and stay healthy.
