NIR + RED - Fat Pad reduction theory

We all know the benefits of NIR + RED light for PE, amazing and god sent. This is hopefully something we do in PE that will kill multiple birds with one stone. Improve PE and (unproven theory) lowering the fat pad and belly fat which means more NBPEL & BPEL and more of wifey touching your abs during sex.

One theory I have been playing with is that there are multiple studies about NIR + RED for weight loss, please research a lot to confirm this and place links! The basics are that although it is not 100% proven that it can do spot weight reduction there are multiple reports that it does do weight reduction, also they say it could target Subcutaneous fat.

So, I believe that I have reduced my fat pad by working out, healthy diet, stomach ulcer ( this was by chance, basically I had to eat very healthy for 3 months and I had crazy diarrhea), and NIR + RED. With my fat pad and the Subcutaneous fat ( what I can grab) I know there has been a reduction. Unfortunately for everyone here, this all happened in my life at the same time, so I can't pinpoint the NIR + RED effect with data. I also started water pumping at the same time so it is hard to pinpoint my growth during this time.

With NIR + RED I have targeted my belly and Cock during stretches, hanging, and warm-ups now for 4 months. My NBPEL has grown and I do believe I gained 1/8 of free dick length. I believe I went from 20% to 15% body fat during my 4 months. Although it may seem little, I already had a very low-fat pad to start. But I'm sure anyone will take any gains no matter how little.

So there you have it! I'm sorry I did it all at the same time but I have more cock to give wifey tonight so, not sorry. If you find yourself adding this and can measure a difference, please report it. I hope this thread goes on for a long time and adds to the wealth of PE knowledge.

I leave you with one report:
In one study, twice-weekly 30-minute red light therapy was given to 40 healthy men and women for four weeks. This was for a total of eight light therapy treatments. The test subjects did not make any changes to their diet or exercise routines. By the end of the trial, subjects reported a 1-inch reduction in waist measurements.

My wife has been using IR and NIR+. Fat pad reduction theory is just a theory at the moment. Neither scientific empirical evidence from prior studies or her own person experiences produced any solid results. However, reduction of simple carbs, switch to complex carbs, and perform resistance training will benefit from the enhanced mitochondrial boosts from the IR and NIR+. That is recorded in scientific results across the board and journal publications.

The MOSRED is the best way forward. Nothing compares in the power and flexibility in this tool

@oldandlively brings up a valuable point I should have noted. In some studies, it is said that if you don't actively work out or eat healthy the light therapy may have no effect. It is believed that the body will not discard or reuse the fat in other parts of the body if you don't add movement. I hope in the future we have more data on the matter but for now, this is all we have.
+1 on MOSRED!

I’m having a problem with the MOSRED. I’m getting excessively dry skin and even a reddish sunburn type reaction. Glans, balls, pad and inner thighs. Then itching pretty bad. Any ideas?

Ah, common high exposure to red light. Time to cut back the total time of exposure or pull the unit further away. Everyone reacts to the red light differently and what you described fits the perfect scenario for over dosing. Cut back to half the dose (time of exposure). If that continues, cut to 1/3.

With time you will adjust. in the beginning I could not be as close to the MOSRED.
My personal rule are 15 min after session, and 30 minutes max at a time.
Also max 30 min per day.

7o9- The obvious things, Don't do more than 30 min a day or a session, move back, adjust the angle with a stand of sort, and why not hit more of the stomach and fat pad?

Also, cover the inner thigh or balls if that is causing any issues, you can cover what you don't want to hit. Play around with RED + NIR adjustments, I have done 15 min RED +NIR and then just NIR for the remaining time if I feel too much top heat, you can back off on the RED sometimes to find the best balance for you. I have never had any issues with 30 minutes a day with both RED + NIR but I have cut back on RED occasionally.

Thanks for your help! I’m sitting on the edge of a bench letting my junk hang and have the mosred positioned right there in front of it. I’m thinking I was positioning too close and too much too soon. Unfortunately, the dry skin results in some peeling on the glans and just below, and I will need to reset for a week or so until I feel confident enough to give it another try. Luckily I have been able to continue my stretching routine with minimal discomfort this time. First time around I was out 2 weeks. I’ve made good use of Bacitracin and Hydrocortisone which I did not have last time. I will also take bemore’s advice on covering up certain area’s and testing different light conditions. Thanks again to both of you.

Sorry, missed this post first time through. Thank you for the advice. This will be how I proceed.

Okay. Get Locobase Repair as well. It's wonderful to restore the skin barrier. Without this ointment I would not have made it.

I've done NIR+RED 30 min 6 x a week for 4 months and had nothing of skin peeling.
Woah...Let's rewind a tad. 30 minutes straight?! or breaking down to 2 sessions of 15 minutes, at least 6 hours apart?

More importantly, which red light therapy unit are you using.

Skin pealing in which area? Exposed area to the light or the glans where the skin is being stressed on.

Now, a few small questions:
Do you apply any ointment during your PE, especially before using the red light?

Is your skin sensitive to any chemical, such as hydrocortisone or oil?

There are way too little info to give you a good assessment.

Should ointment be applied before using red light?

Hydrocortisone should be used everytime. Dry skin can really limit. What we do so using this will solve that issue

I'll answer my questions, I think the others are for 7 o 9

I do 30 min straight once a day or as noted up to 6 times a week, it is usually 5x a week. That is the maximum time I have seen allowed for red light. Please research what is best for you.

I use a RED + NIR Pad. I have yet to get the MOSRED since this was before me at MOS purchase.
