I'm sure most of you clicking on this thread think I have the answer to that question. Well I dont>:( ! but this is the purpose of this thread and I hope as many people as possible will respond and share their opinions (noobs and vets alike).

So here's the question:

is there any set routine that you could do an hour or so before sex which would give you a 'boost' in size?

by 'boost' i dont mean that it will make you 2 inches longer or anything. I mean the temporary gains we feel after a Penis Enlargement work out. slow easy dry jelqs, just enough pressure applied so that you feel the blood getting moved around in you penis. don't do this exercise erect it will ruin it. you got to have a semi or a little bit less. do it for 5 mins it will last for 2. do it for half an hour it should last a good 10 to 20 mins. if you kegel in blood every 15 secs after you done the exercise it will last longer

I've never been a fan of dry jelqs cause I simply have never understood them.

For me, taking a really long slow buildup prior to the sex works better than any exercise. it actually IS just that! This is a well known condition they advise people with ED and circulatory problems of. when woman is on top, your body has to work harder to pump the blood into the penis. When you're on top, the blood from your torso (or as the Taoist call it, the Chi in your upper chakras) easily flows into your penis.

hey VK dont own a pump by any chance? many people use them primarily for this purpose although i dont know how long the effect lasts for...

id second the wet jelqs for as many days in advance as you can, then maybe 200-300 prior to sex just to get blood pumping...
 
I just do my normal routine, but I treat my girth sessions as a sexual experience, like a long foreplay somewhat.

My routine consists of:

10 mins wet jelqs
2 sets of bends in all directions
5 mins ICS
1 set of palm squashes
1 set 3 stage trap

and ending with edging.

Pumping for 2 sets of 5 mins at very high pressure creates a LONG LASTING pump that doesn't look all deformed like longer pumping sessions. Actually, the guage on my pump is busted but what I do is get VERY hard, put on the pump and pump until I no longer see myself expanding lengthwise. Does that make sense? After 5 mins, release pressure, get hard again (if necessary) and repeat. I find that anything beyond this time just gives me that puffy, non-vascular look that I'm not crazy about. A good cockring will keep everything as it is until you get to your destination and then you can either leave it on or take it off. I generally take mine off. Hope this helps.

Personally for me I clamped for many months maybe a year or more straight and it has always weakened my erections. I've done every girth exercise in existence so I'll add my 2 cents. Pumping works ok, but by the time you get it to a significant enough size to make a difference your erection will be much weaker, very hard to get like 95%. Someone in the pumpers forum actually said you need a cockring for this very reason in order to be effective. So it can work, but not in a great way, plus I noticed that most if not all of the pump will be gone by morning, esp. if you've been getting off all night so it would probably be bad to spend the whole night with her. Manuals will only hold significant pump for a few hours, maybe most of the night.
