If it was a freeware software at one of those freeware shareware sites, we would have been awarded the editers choice or something similer, its quite amazeing all these downloads.

Downloaded and read the guide last night. Really excited about trying these. Went to Lowe's and a hardware store looking for the clamps, ended up empty handed, no pun intended. Just read a previous post were the person said he found them at Walmart.

So I guess I have to wait till tommorrow to start this new phase in my Penis Enlargement career <:( . But tommorrow its off to Walmart I go LMAO . Can't wait. Thanks for an incredibly well put togther guide. Will let you know if things start getting big !!
 
Nice to hear that XtremeGrowth, you could use hose clamps or even shoe lace if you wanted.
And AC we must PM sometime with plans for a NEW version, I want to move the guide into a more interactive arena, and yeah my picture would be cool on there.
 
Ive been Penis Enlargementing for 3 months with very minimal girth gains so I picked up some clamps and downloaded the guide last weekend. Now I know why I never made gains with manual work. Its damn near impossible (for me at least) to reach and maintain the kind of engorgement you get with constrictors. Its a great guide and hopefully by the end of the month it will have helped me add some much needed girth.

Also if you want length, well try the Constricted TOW stretch, two guys who have been doing that reguler recently have PMed me with slight increases in their penis length.
 
red, are basic constrictors (clamp base while having a sustained erection for a long period of time) really a good stand alone exercise? i've been doing them and i love the feeling i get from them. they seem like one long, evenly distributed jelq, so it should expand girth. but i was wondering if these alone are good enough for a girth workout>
 
is the onset of discoloration the sign of a successful pump? cos occassionally i, erm, 'deflate' a little but i get it back to 100% quickly. i rarely ever start to get purplish. what tells you you've had a good session?
 
memo for me add discolouration section into guide next update and also a intense hardcore 30-45 minute routine with the clamps involving alsorts of exercises like erect bends, TOW stretches, Jelqs etc etc......

You dont need discolouration in order to have a good clamp session.
But when you do get this, moniter the temperature of the penis ... is it colder than normal, is it numb ... if so than its time to loosen the clamp slightly as it would've been too tight.

Another thing is, I've noticed some men get discolouration more easy than others, and with normal settings that wouldnt effect others colour .... yet they dont feel uncomfortable, with any coldness or numbness ... they just have slight discolourment.
I feel some men are prone to their penis getting discoloured very easy, this could be genetic and something to do with the pigment in the skin ... I will do more research into that, cos I have to add a section into the guide next version on all this discoloration .... cos in some cases it seems a normal thing to get this colour change.

From this I now know your not one of the men I mentioned above, that is prone to discolouration easy .... you get it rarely, so if you get it ... its either cos you've clamped too tight, or you've been in the clamp for too long.
Just mix and match with those until you see little or no discoluration.

Your penis should look more pumped [swollen, fluffy, thicker etc...] in the flaccid state ... you wont be able to get a proper erection afterwards cos of the intensity, if you do .. you may not notice the pump as much as it were flaccid, but you will notice a thicker dick flaccidwise after a session .... it may also feel sore, if you've been doing bends.

GREAT explanation! sorry ive kinda asked the same question several times in different threads, this is what i was looking for. especially that last bit - fluffy is a great word, haha. yeah and its way too sore to get erect again, although that may be because i ejaculate nearly every time i have a session. i ejaculate precisely to get that soreness and complete shock feeling going. and bends compound that look/feeling, especially the engorged left side lump i talked about in another thread.

soo... how long before permanent results from this thing? there are great results immediately post workout, but my normal unclamped erection is still the same, hovering round 5 inches. thanks bro.
