So I've been doing very intense erect Jelqs for at least a few months already, pretty much every morning

I gained a bit of length and especially girth

But now it feels like my inner penile tissue is already used to the very high intensity and I don't feel that slight burning expansion much if at all anymore

I'm just wondering now to either replace the Jelq at this time with another exercise or keep the Jelq as part of my warmup and add another exercise

Or maybe I might experiment with Jelqing from different angles to expand areas that have not had their limits pushed, maybe like the sides of the shaft

b/c as of now i think my glans is quite used to the pressure now
 
Use the jelq as warmup and proceed to a more advance exercise.
 
Warmups can be many things. Light stretching, light BathMate pumping, hot wash cloths, a warm bath, etc.

Exactly. Start clamping or doing manual girth exercises like ulis and slow squash jelqs, using regular jelqs as a warmup and warmdown. Then wear a cockring for the rest of the day.

A cock ring should be used after every girth workout.

If I were in your shoes, I will finish the jelq and jump right into the length master. Stretch for 20mins. Jelq and length master, very powerful combo. No one has tried this combo before.

Maybe even go with the SSJ
