Masturbating once per day will do nothing more than keep your Eq healthy. Too many men fear orgasm, as if it could change size or gain potentials, this is sili and in no way true. My EQ is currently very poor, do you think daily masturbation would benefit me? Last time i masturbated the best my erection got was around 60%.

I have dropped �naked people movies� and masturbation in hopes of correcting this.

I think that once per day is just fine, I can't understand how pone session would cause any kind of ED. As I already stated, use the masturbation session more as a girth workout (balloon, edge, Slow Squash Jelqs) and when you feel as thoigh you got a good session in reward yourself with orgasm. Straight away, after emission, start your stretching routine.

You have an excellent point here,

i think its �naked people movies� that is/was the problem and i need to stay away from that, and i have somehow tied masturbation in with the issue.
