You may want to talk to your doctor yes. Vitamins to produce a better mentality because of how your body needs nutrients to become happy creating a happy mind as well.

I have an appointment this Wednesday, I will let everyone know how it goes.

The appointment went well, I am very healthy and everything is in order. The best news was I lost 30 pounds from the last time I saw him, so he was very impressed. I am so close to goal, I can't believe it. I had to work for it this time but maybe this will be the very thing that keeps me in shape.

Ideally you shouldn't need a Vitamin D supplement and get it from safe sun exposure... or to be more precise let your body produce it by being exposed to sunlight.
But when you opt for a supplement make sure it's D3 and D2, which is synthetic and doesn't work as well.

Men I have seen use "chem PE" use injected (into the penis) chemicals I won't even pretend to know the names of. I have seen reports here and there over the years of supposed gains, but it's always anecdotal with no proof. Just words. I personally did very well when I was clamping with 25mg of viagra before a 30-45 minute session. I squeezed, bent and twisted the heck out of my penis during those sessions and my post workout pumps lasted into the following day.

I don't want to disappoint anyone. But I know people (some that are close to me) where the doctor said everything is fine/in normal range and still something bad happened a few months later.
There is a big difference between "normal" and "ideal/optimal".

In todays society "normal" is very bad for your health :p

And on that note I´ve been dieting for the last week. Lost 1,2 kg so far. I will keep going for a couple of days and then start a slow bulk again :)

Take Vitamin D3 for example it's not like at 31 everything is okay and at 29 something terrible will happen - like your kids are going to be born naked or something, lol.
The optimal range is between 50-70 and you should be at that all year

Your kids are hopefully going to be born naked.

Glad you have the same views!

A lot of people have made solid girth gains with SSJ and pumping. I don't see the reason to try dangerous methods.
