After taking two days off, I did my PM routine last night (on july 10th at 11 pm)
I did 300 jelqs and followed by the ULI's.

The intensity was back like when I first started it last week. The internal stretch was amazing, and I got alotta red spots on the head. Since the stretch was so awsome, i did 10 reps for every ULI instead of 5. after 5 sets, I jelqed and restimulated myself to an errection and did another 5.

Unlike last week, where my dick didn't get the post work out expansion, it got veryyy much so this time. I noticed alot of fluid build up near the head, specially on the underside (usual spot for build up).

I did my AM routine. everything went smoothly, and a good post work out expansion, even though not as good as last night.

July 12th, I did both AM and PM sessions.

I'm not sure if anyone else has ever gotten these, but I experienced this once before from clamping. I took a one week break from Penis Enlargement and upon starting, I did my usual clamping routine (which is quite intense), and not only did i get red dots on the skin, the following day I got raised black marks on the skin and the skin was sore to the touch. Anyways, I took another couple of days off Penis Enlargement and the rough marks, which were like scabs, fell off and in their stead was new skin, which was lighter than the surrounding skin. perhaps the sudden expansion was too quick for the skin to accommodate the stretch, and the skin broke down? ?:(

anyways, this happened again when I started this routine, but it was minimal. It escalated, however, and after taking 2 days off last week, it got better. I took Thursday off, as insurance, and only did a PM session on Friday.

here's how I know I've gained. I own a Vacu-Tech pump and cylinder which I use sometimes for a pre-sex girth boost. one day last month, after a good girth session, I pumped for 3 sets of 10 mins. though my shaft wasn't as thick as the outline, (no fluid build up), the glans was at least 2 millimeters wider!!!!!!! whats weird is that only the right side of my penis has grown ?:(?:(?:(?:( as in the left side of the glans fits the outline perfectly, but the right side is wider now. Exactly a week ago (on Wednesday July 20th) after my PM work out, I decided to try a clamping technique which I read about on one of the forums (can't remember where exactly or by whom.. ?:( )

The clamping technique claimed that while at 110% engorgement clamped, if one was to cross his legs the internal pressure would rise up dramatically! This seemed highly far fetched and exagerated to me, but I thought I'd give it a try.

It seems that while clamped, if one was to cross his legs tight, the pressure of the legs squeezes the inner penis and portions of the base of the penis, causing the blood to rush upward. Long story short, the pressure was nothing short of explosive and the claims of that clamping poster, were/are a 100% true.

So immense is this pressure, that while being able to perform 50 sets of ULI's (each 10 squeezes), I was barely able to keep my legs crossed for 30 seconds.

The pressure is felt mostly in the glans and you can see your glans expand beyond belief. Having finished my ULI pm routine, I did 10 one minute reps of this clamping exercise and my penis reached a first time temporary girth of 6'' 15/16 (ALMOST 7 inches!).

Happy with this beyond belief, i ended my routine by 'Accidentally' ejaculating while edging to some very nice adult entertainment (too nice.)

I was upset that I ejaculated. I have been reading alot about Taoist healing and sexual energy and it is explicitly said that fi we ejaculate we are depleting ourselves of a Healing Energy that our body produces through our genitals. it is recomended to orgasm without ejaculation, and there are ways to do that but that is beyond the scope of this thread.

P.s. even though Im injured, the 'gains' ive made from the ULI in the glans are still there. :cool: *fingers crossed*
 
Dude, I would suggest going back to the basics and doing like 5-15 minutes of some really hard wet jelqs, beggining in a completely flaccid state and ending at around 50-60% erect. Doing such has given me rock hard erections, almost painful, as soon as the next day. I try to do these before I do my AM and PM workouts, Im doing the same routine as you and ocd, as I cant help but come to the conclusion that they are extremely good for penile health. ok tonight's the night, my dick seems ok now. its not... sore and retracted, but its not FAT like it usually is after a couple of days of Penis Enlargement. I will restart the routine on monday, AM/FM/PM :p ... and i will take some new pictures when I pumped so you guys can see my progress.
 
Just make sure you give yerself time to heal properly. I've done kinda the same thing by getting overenthusiastic with the ULI's...made HUUUUGE gains on a given day and thought I'd go for j-u-s-t....o-n-e...m-o-r-e...blam !!

Your tunica doesn't have a lot of blood flow (surprisingly) and so it takes a while longer to heal than you'd think.
Even more surprisingly is the walls of the blood vessels themselves, since they carry blood you'd think they'd heal real quick. But ya gotta be careful; blood vessels are made to be elastic and if stretched too far they'll react a lot like an overstretched rubber band or bungee cord: loss of elasticity.
The microscopic tears you cause (from overpressurization) will produce microscopic wounds and since it's all internal you won't produce scabs while they heal. But what your body WILL do is keep you from re-injuring those micro-wounds, and the way it'll do that is to keep you soft for a while as you heal.

Like I said earlier; go for those castor oil packs...they are freakin' fantastic! Healing, which equals progress, will be so effective you really won't believe it.
