Well, lets say, only 7 men said they didn't belrive Penis Enlargement worked... that's not the same as 7% didn't gain...
Lessons:

Its all good. We should do a PE survey of our own.
It will be awesome but the problem is we rarely get enough involvement to get any kind of real conclusive data to go by. In most polls were lucky to get 25 people to take part and I have no idea why this is. I have polls that are 10 years old with only 10 people polling LOL if you can think of a way to increase involvement it would be very cool indeed!
