No big news and thats probably why I haven't checked in on my log. I'm just sticking to the routine, and moving toward july 10th
But I have 2 questions. If you have input, that would be great.
- It won't be long until I move to the phase 2 of the routine, and it has the DLD blasters incorporated. Since I cant do them, I need a 'Fake arm'.
I just don't know, what to use as that fake arm. I was thinking something like a kitchen roll paper, but thats not solid enough. Any ideas?
- Before I started this P.E crusade I told myself that I would try almost everything within P.E devices, exercises etc. Therefore, I'll start with a device.

The past 2 month, I've been PE'ing for an average for approx 3-4 days a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
2 months ago, I measured 5.4 BPEL and 4.75-4.8 EG.
Today I measured, and it says the same. That probably tells me two things:
- 3-4 days a week of PE it not enough for me to gain with this routine.
- After zero gains the past two months, Phase 1 is probably over for me.
And that brings me to Phase 2 routine from the members pay site, and it looks pretty damn interesting! I'm excited for it, and I'm ready to kill it(Well, not literally kill tha D, hopefully).
I'm hoping to do this routine 5-6 days a week. It's holidays for me until september 1st, but after that, It will be a great challenge to maintain 5-6 days a week. But we'll see.
My next short term goal is to hit 6 BPEL and 5 EG by January 2016. That is a 0.6 BPEL and a 0.2-0.25 EG increase in Willyness
That would be a great milestone for me
