I'm not saying that I want to create a BETTER routine, No. That might be close to impossible due too my lack of knowledge about P.E. compared to DLD. No the reason I'm doing it is to create Motivation and mental momentum, although I might get gains slower, than if I just sticked to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] or the First routine.
I wrote that just to make sure that Im not skipping the other routine because I think they dont work, OF COURSE THEY DO :) Lots of proof on that, including my own Dicks proof lol. Very very good routines made by DLD, no doubt
Okey then to my routine:
I'm almost done with my routine but I'm looking at more Girth Exercises. So far I have on my list to narrow down:
- DLD Bends

- Compression Squeezes
- Erect stretches
- Erect Jelqs
- Dual dry jelqs
Do you guys have other recommendations on Manual girth exercises? I've been looking at ULI's, Horse squeezes and supra slammers but I can't seem to find videos or instructions on them, besides the videos put up by Shortdick in the Video forum, and I can't see the video when I use the link. It just directs me to the home page of the pornsite he uploaded on, so Any help? Thanks and best of luck on P.E :)
 
Back with the routine Setup, that I'm starting from today. Its a 5-day routine, set up like this:
Day 1: Length/girth
Day 2: Length
Day 3: Length/Girth
Day 4: Length
Day 5: Length/Girth
After that, maybe 1-2 days rest and then repeat.
I believe in giving a rest day for girth, but length can be done everyday(according to what I've been reading in this forum. We'll see what fits for me eventually).
The Length day so far is:
- warmup
- The DLD stretches from 'The DLD's first routine'
- 1X Bundled stretches in every direction, First with the bundled penis to the right, and when to the left(Straight left, straight right, straight out, down left, down right, down out ect. Then doing it again with the bundled penis to the left).
- 5-10 minutes of DLD blaster, depending on fatigue.

The girth Day so far:
- The DLD stretches from 'The DLD's first routine', but instead of doing it 3X every direction, I'm only doing it 1X
- 10 sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, 30 second every set
- 2 Supersets of 50 jelqs and 30 second compression squeezes.

I'm still considering different Length/Girth days, but this is my Routine right now.
The date of the measurement day has changed to the 1st of the Month, starting from march the 1st.

Lately I haven't had a good amount of top quality sessions. Dont know why, but the mindset really hasn't been there, especially at Girth Days.
I'm thinking about extending my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] sets from 30 seconds og 45 or 60 seconds, whats your take on that ?
Also should I add or remove something from my current routine? It is posted a few posts above this one.

I go for 1 minute or longer on SlowSquashJelqs. I believe the longer the rep the better.

Third Month milestone
I will not measure this month. No visual gains so far, so I'm just continuing Doing my routine.
Lately i've been training(the gym) every day BEFORE my PE routine. And I noticed that my flaccid is smaller even 1-2 hours after the workout, which makes the routine a little less efficient mentally when Im about to start the PE routine. It makes sense though, because when I workout, the blood goes where muscle is contracting, so the blood goes away from the penis.
But does it really make THAT big of a difference? I don't know, but i'm gonna find out for me.
From today, I will perform my PE routine BEFORE my workouts, instead of AFTER. We'll see where that goes on the long run.

You're right, but I simply can't stop doing normal gym workout, thats a part of me. So I have too figure out a way to fit both things in my everyday schedule. And by doing PE before going to the gym is a place to start.
 
4th Month Milestone

Really it's supposed to be April 10th but examination week is starting tomorrow, so I figured I would measure Today. My current routine has given me...... Nothing.
No gains in 1.5 Month, and that gives me Second Thoughts of course.
I'm now choosing to drop the idea of creating my own routine, because it's now a race, simply. And not a time for experimenting.
I don't want to be Insecure about intimacy anymore, and when I'm 26 years old(5 years and 3 months from now), I want to look down and say ''Yeb, you made it''
I dream about It, litterally, and my preference of hobbies has been Limiting P.E, which I believe is one of the Reasons I've been failing.
I will no longer compromise My P.E. work. Until today, I've been using about 20 minutes a day on P.E. Now Im not setting Time on it, I'll simply do what I need to do, no matter if it's 1.5 Hours a day or 5 minutes. It's easier said than done but we'll see.

I will start with the 5 phase program from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] paysite, from TODAY. And Maybe along the way, I'll add in some equipment, Maybe [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] og [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. When I can afford it.
Phase 1 begins today, and I will do that for 8-10 weeks. I'll will only report in here if I have questions, or some Significant news. But you will see me around the forum :)
Some questions first:
- I have a curve, that looks a lot like Peyrone's, but It doesn't hurt when erect, and really it's not that bad. But will it Slow my gains?
- I have a mole/skintag just before the start of the Penis. Anyone else havin' that? and Does it have any bad effect since It gets Babyoil on it everytime I jelq?

If you want something in life you have to grab it by the balls and work for it every single day. That is the difference between hobbyists and elitist. You need to do this shit EVERY SINGLE DAY. Get into the gym EVERY SINGLE DAY. Do PE EVERY SINGLE DAY. You have to have a passion for this, and once that happens you are going to see serious changes in your body. Use this attitude for 1 month and try telling us you don't see changes. Waiting around for something to happen is never going to make it happen.

Which leads me to the second thing I want to say to you. Sex is different with every single woman. So your idea of marrying somebody before you fuck her is not a great idea. Today's society is very different from the old days. Not playing the field and dating chicks at your age is a terrible mistake.

Good luck bro this is the first time I seen your log so I will try to keep checking it. I started with a dick about your size, maybe even smaller, and was able to grow it a lot using information from this website. train hard.

Alright I'm back with a small update on my P.E. work.
I haven't skipped a day so far, and when I do I will write the date down on a piece of paper to keep track of all the skipped days. Hopefully this will motivate me more and hopefully there won't be many skipped days :)

The only thing that is hard to keep up with is the Kegel exercise, because i simply forget it. So for that reason, everytime i think about it during the day, i just do 20 kegel with 2 second holds.
The jelqing part is easy but it requires focus in order to stay erect, so I turn off my tv while doing it. I also avoid adult entertainment because I dont want to get obsessed by it(which I was very close to be, 2 years ago).
The stretching is easy and also fun. I can watch tv while looking at my watch and make a great stretching workout.
Still too soon to figure out if I've gained, but well see, on May 10th

So it's eywaa back with an Update before the measurement day in 19 days(approx)
Yesterday, i finished an 8 day streak of P.E. This is the first time i have ever Done that. Usually I Loose my PI's after 4-5 days and Then take 1-2 days off. Great news!
Today i took a day off Because the morning Wood was not full and my flaccid was turtling a bit. So tomorrow I'll start from where I left!
Next Update Will be at measurement day.

awesome, sounds like you are getting into a good routine. Dont worry about meassuring too much it can take a long time for gains to materialize and you don't want to overmeasure. once every couple months is a realistic amount to measure so you don't discourage yourself.

Yes you are Right. I thought about measuring every 2-3 months instead of Every month. After the next measurement, I Will start doing it what Way.

Just found this thread today. Subbed. It's good to see someone starting from a meeker position with on this forum. Lately all the threads I've been subbed to they're starting at like 6.5, 7, or 8. It's crazy. Those were goals for me.

A bit of advice if you're having trouble actualizing your gains:

Take pictures. You don't have to show us, but for yourself, take pictures of your measured length and girth. The reason for this is so that you can see the week to week or monthly difference and also keep your measurement consistent. When I started PE I gained an inch in 3 months but I wouldn't have even believed I did if I didn't take pictures; and I started not far from where you started. First 100 Days of PE - Was it worth it? I still go back to this old thread for motivation.

1 Inch in 3 months is incredible! I Would kill for that :) Kidding though, if it takes me 5 years for the first inch Then so be it..
About the pictures. I have considered it for a long time but Always thought it wasnt necessary. But I'll give it a try Then ...

Lets hope so! But really that 5 years 1 inch Thing was just to show that im willing to keep going even though my gains would be slower than expected.

I agree, the struggle of growing and doing something difficult for yourself is even better when you can give back and help others do the same. I can promise anyone who grew a lot wishes they had before pictures. I was actually glad to get a before picture of my dick before I grew, even though it was supposed to make me look bad now I have proof of how much I grew in one year. Check my progress thread eywaa

Yesterday I had the best 15 minutes of jelqing ever. It was at 90%-100% erect all the way. It finally seems like I've gotten the hold of keeping the Dick erect for whole jelqing time. It's the first time ever that I didnt have to stop. It was 15 minutes non stop. Great.
It's 10 days away from measurement day, and I've only had 1 rest day, due to lack of PI's and fatigue. Although everything's doing good, I still feel like I'm not really getting any gains though. Yes, I know that it takes time, And I'm not doing to stop. Like I said, I'm dedicated enough to pull this off, even if it takes years for me to get, what most P.E'ers get in 6 months.
But I started to think that maybe I'm not so prone to gaining average(hard gainer maybe) . But thats just my thoughts running through my Mind. Everytime I get those thoughts I remind myself that I didn't get any EQ gains, because my EQ has always been rock solid.
Anyway, I finally managed to make P.E fun! I actually look forward to do my P.E.
Thats a first for me, to see P.E. as one of the highlights of the day.

10 days to take my first P.E pictures, and to measure. After May's month measurement, I will do my next measure in Juli/august.
Hopefully I will be 5.5 in Length by then, as this was my original goal by the summer.

Try to be positive bro. Even if your brain knows you have not grown much yet try to tell yourself that you already have a big dick. It doesn't matter what people say or think its about YOU. Positive thinking is very powerful. Whatever you want to be or not be, its up to you. Sometimes people say "fake it until you make it". What that really means is be the person you WANT to be not the person you are currently perceived as being by everyone else... Get out there and fuck some girls, be the stud you know you are. Being positive can make you larger than you ever dreamed of.

i have been into this PE stuff for 6+years n im 7.5BPEL but i have taken breaks,n stuff but id say it isnt that bad after all of these years...n getting bigger¡¡
 
Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm not stopping the routine, of course not.
Really it was not to sound negative. But sometimes it's a little difficult do this P.E. thing, and NOT share my thoughts with this forum. Especially doing it at the beginning of my PE journey because sometimes its hard to keep being consistent from day one.
It helps to lay off some steam. Even though it sometimes sounds like its depression, its not.

I'm still doing the Phase 1 routine from the Members Pay site. Its pretty much the 'DLD's first routine'.
in 6 days(approx) I will measure AND take my first pictures. See you at the Measurement day.

Measurement Day

I measured myself today.
Last time i measure(1 month ago) I was 5.2 BPEL and 4.75-4.8 EG
Now:
5.4 BPEL
4.75-4.8 EG.
Which means... I've Gained! Its crazy, because I cant see it myself.
I'm now going for at least 5.5 in BPEL in 2 months from now, which will be my next measurement day.
I dont really care about girth right now, But I'm still doing what my routine tells me to do.
Finally some great news, this really boosted me.

Wow! So proud of you! What great news, I think you will make that 5.5 mark within the 2 months easily.
