Red, First of all, I have to tell you, You are an inspiration to most of us here. So thank you for your support to all of us here.
I would need your point of view on one thing: I am 35 years old so I am over the growth period that most here are still on. Been on PE for over 3 years, with the last 1 year quite contantly. Routine keep changing but it is the usual Jelq, Pump, stretche (AS PER DLD advice both manual and some weight) Have not gone extensively on the weight part.
I gained as a newbie to almost an inch, from 6 and a tad to 7 and a tad. I dont have issue with girth as it is rather a good 6" (on good days)
My problem is lengh. I am only looking for another inch lengh, will be happy with 0.5 what kind of routine you think I should go for on lenght. Is hanging the best way to go?
