Hey, guys!

I have been on and off of Penis Enlargement, sometimes out of laziness, but mainly for privacy reasons, which is a bitch.

Anyway, I'm determined to get up earlier in the morning, so I can have my quiet time doing my Penis Enlargement before everybody else in the house starts their morning routine in the bathroom.

Also, I have been paying some more attention to my physique. I used to be all lean and toned, but then I just let myself go. So now I am being a bit more careful with what I eat and I also am starting a daily work out program. Nothing too hard.
Actually, I am simply taking the several «8 minute» routines you can easily find on YouTube. Plus, I am simply looking for a toned body, I am not trying to get buffed. So I will be using light weights and short sessions prior to my daily Penis Enlargement routine.

One other thing I decided is that I will be taking this slowly but steady, both the Penis Enlargement and the work out. This means that I don't expect any miracle results after the first month, nor even the second. Regarding Penis Enlargement, I will be doing only jelqing. It is the one exercise everyone says works both girth and length and it's the one I am more comfortable with. Besides, I'm aiming more at gaining girth than length, since that's what I feel (and know) will provide even more pleasure to my lovely girlfriend, so some more girth with a little more lenght will be great for me. Oh, and the testicle massage too, as I'd like my nuts to hang lower :P.

Height - 178 cm / 5ft8
Weight - 76 kg / 167.5 lbs
NBPenis EnlargementL - 14,5 cm / 5.7"
BPenis EnlargementL - 16 cm / 6.2"
EG - 14 cm / 5.5"

EG Goal - I'll know it when I see it or when my GF says it's enough, whatever comes first rofl

I plan on posting weekly photos to keep you guys up to date on my progress. Units will be in centimeters.

The one named 2010Jul10cMOS is how I would like it to hang when flacid (I'm definitely a shower, not a grower).

I love this! Great start, incredible attitude and your goals are great and doable! Your body looks good and I think with a small change in diet and exercise will bring a more toned physique in a couple short months. Your penis looks good too, much like my own when I started but you are much thicker, same length. I am excited for you and I will support you through this journey!

Anyway, I forgot to add a little piece of info to my routine.
After the jelqing session (which is currently on at 300 repetitions and which I'll be building up until I reach 600 repetitions) I get in the hot shower and have a brief testicle massage session:
- 30 second downward scrotum stretch
- 30 second testicle rub with the palm of my hand (with testicles pulled above my penis)
- 30 second scrotum massage with my fingers.

Will this be enough for some results to happen, DLD?

For penis gains I am only performing jelqs. As I said in the first post, it is the one exercise I feel most comfortable with and, since it helps with both length and girth, I'm sticking to it :)

What I was asking was about the «getting bigger balls» part. Do you think that brief routine in the shower, after the jelqing session, will get me any results?

For testicle gains, including scrotum gains, use the DLD Testicle Health and Massage.

Do you think 30 seconds of each will do any good?
And do I really need to stretch the scrotum and the penis in opposite directions? Can't I just stretch the scrotum downwards and leave my penis hanging? Because it's hard to stretch the penis after a jelqing session rofl
 
Hi, everyone!

I am almost at the end of week 1.
I've managed to be consistent with the Penis Enlargement exercises, but I slacked on the body work out. Still couldn't find the best time of the day for me to exercise. I would really like to do it in the morning, before my Penis Enlargement and shower, but my body is too numb when I wake up.
I guess I'll just have to go for the "cut the crap" motivator and... well, cut the crap and get it done rofl

Tomorrow I shall post the pictures with the first results (don't know if they will be noticeable, but as I stated in my first post, I'm not aiming for any fast results) along with the log for my exercises. Ultimately I want to have a full picture report of my evolution and I plan on posting it here, with all the pictures assembled chronologically.

Oh, and I will also ass my girth measurements picture, which I have been too lazy to take.

DLD, for the sake of credibility, do you think it would be necessary to shoot a short video with my measurements? Because, let's face it, nowadays people can always argue that pictures were photoshopped (and trust me, I could easily photoshop mine with quite a degree of credibility :P)
It's just a thought.

Measure for yourself and no one else. I have posted videos, pictures, in person measurements, etc. and I still get the same old bullshit. If you want to shoot a video I think it would be great for the guys to see but only for that reason.
 
Hi, all!

Here is the update after my first week.
There are no noticeable gains worth mentioning except, maybe, for a slight increase in flacid size, both in length and in girth. Since there were no pictures from when I started, I'm posting them now. Either way, I am moslty thinking of this change more like a loosening of the tissue, and not so much an increase in actual volume. Still, it is damned good to feel it hanging lower :).
I am also adding pictures of my BPenis EnlargementL and EG, just for the sake of comparison in the future.
As I've said, the fitness programme wasn't quite followed, so there ain't much to show there either.
Now, for the Penis Enlargement routnine (this one I've followed religiously :P). I did this everyday right after waking up:

SAT: 2 minute warm-up under hot running water (I always use this)
300 jelqs
3 minute testicle health massage in the shower (I always do this one too)

SUN: 2 min warm-up
300 jelqs
3 min testies massage

MON: 2 min warm-up
300 jelqs
3 min testies massage

TUE: 2 min warm-up
320 jelqs
3 min testies massage

WED: 2 min warm-up
340 jelqs
3 min testies massage

THU: 2 min warm-up
360 jelqs
3 min testies massage

FRI: 2 min warm-up
380 jelqs
3 min testies massage

SAT: 2 min warm-up
400 jelqs
3 min testies massage

And this is all. Nothing too elaborate, just taking it slow and easy. As I said, I couldn't keep to the fitness programme, so I'll skip it for now. When I manage to get into it, I will add it here.
So here are a couple more pictures with my size(s).
The one named Week1_FrontNavel is just a visual guide for what I want to get. I think we all agree that any guy who can make his glans touch his navel can be considered big/huge. I'd love to reach that rofl.

I'll be off on holidays for the next 7 days so I probably won't be able to do my Penis Enlargement exercises, but I will try to pull out some sort of fitness routine. Will get back to you guys in a week or so.

Hey, all.

Today was the end of week 3.
As I had mentioned on my previous post, I went out on holidays during week 2, so there wasn't much I could do for my Penis Enlargement. This week was not so good either. Couldn't get any decent moment of privacy except for yesterday evening and this morning. Therefore, it's no use posting any new pictures, as the results are basically the same as in the last pictures I posted.

Still, I wanted to share this experience/doubt with you guys.

Yesterday was a really hot day here, so everything was quite loose (which I love to feel). At around 7 p.m., I went for a quick jelqing session, which consisted of only 200 repetitions.
This morning, I started the day with a nice 500 repetition jelqing session before the shower. My penis was much more engorged during this session than yesterday, so I felt a nice pressure during the milking motion.
Still, after yesterday's short session my penis was hanging much lower and thicker than after today's longer session.

Is this normal? Was it just the temperature? Was it the time of the day? Was it because I only had a 12 hour break between sessions? What happened?

Temperature, emotions, humidity, diet, exercise, etc. all play into flaccid size.
 
Just a quick note to say that I had amazing sex with my GF a couple of days ago, and her comment when I first entered her was "wow, I wasn't expecting all that", refering to my girth. rofl

So, although I haven't measured my girth since about 2 weeks ago, she noticed a difference. Hurray for jelqing :P

Hey all.

Just came back from a 7-day camping trip with my girlfriend.
As you can imagine, I had no opportunity for Penis Enlargementing during this period (no place to do it, no way of performing the warm-up, etc.)

Still, Penis Enlargement was present. How? Very simple. My erections were harder, longer lasting and, the best of all, I felt the condoms were tighter rofl
I use Harmony Sensitive condoms, which are thinner for extra sensation, and have a 5,2 cm/2.04 inch diameter. Despite the chocking on my dick, it felt fucking awesome on my ego :P

Yesterday I started feeling a little burn in my urethra when peeing, so I'm not doing any Penis Enlargement until this goes away :(

Anyway, I wanted to ask if there is any advantage in performing the following:

100 reps of regular jelq
100 reps of jelq with a reversed OK grip, pushing the blood in a downward direction, instead of pushing it straight in front of us

Is there any advantage in doing the second variation and alternating between the two, say 100 of each up to 600 reps?
 
Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!

Since sunday I've been getting a burning feeling when urinating. Today I went to the doctor and she confirmed it is likely to be a urinary tract infection.
Now I will be on antibiotics for the next 10 days, plus a two week period of waiting for analysis and such.
This means almost an entire month without doing any Penis Enlargement :( Damn it!
Since I don't know yet how this will evolve, I will refrain from having any kind of sexual activity (apart from using my mouth, of course :P) or penile exercises until I have this all sorted out. Damn it!

I guess I'll just stick to fitness exercises and the testicle massage routine.

Oh well! :(

I'm not sure I said it before, but DAMN IT!!!
 
Well, after almost 2 weeks of antibiotics I finally managed to kill the damned virus.
Unfortunately, I got some weird pimples on my genital area which the doctor said it looked like herpes. I seriously doubt it is herpes, because all I got was pimples around the basis of my shaft and the scrotum – from the images I googled on herpes, most of the spots were on the shaft of the penis, and they were spots, not pimples. Moreover, I didn't get the described symptoms for herpes, like pain, burn or iching on my skin, nor have I engaged in any form of potentially dangerous behaviour. I have been with the same partner for the last 2 and a half years, we are both STD free and none of us has been with other people ever since we started dating. So, there is no reason whatsoever I should have caught herpes.

None the less, this whole crap has been delaying my return to my Penis Enlargement routine, which is pissing me off. :(
On the more positive side, I don't believe I lost any of the (few) gains I had made previously, so that motivates me.

I can't wait for skin to get back to normal so I can resume my 600 daily jelqs and Testicle Health massage.

Sorry about the rant.
 
Why would your doctor make such a epic diagnosis with no real tests? That could be dangerous to someone's mentality. Anyway, I hope you are well and continue to recover.

In a way I agree with you. The doctors just looked at it and said «this looks a lot like it is herpes». They didn't swab or anything, they just looked at it. Either way, I trust that they know what their doing, and they even said they couldn't be sure it was herpes, because the marks on my skin were already in a receding state.

I am not at all inclined to believe it is herpes, because I have been a good boy and always careful. If it is herpes, I have no fucking idea how, where or when I got it. There was simply no sexual situation if could have happened.

I think I'll try a dermathologist. Although the marks are looking better, they should've already be completely gone and I'm dying to get back to Penis Enlargement... and GETTING LAID (not exactly in that order :P)

Ok, so after waiting for 4 fucking hours to get an appointment, I at least managed to bring good news home. It is NOT herpes, it was just an infection with staphilococcos (or whatever the hell you call it), probably due to some pimple that burst from the heat and eventually spread to the surrounding areas.
The precribed medicine I was taking was, actually, appropriate for what I had and not appropriate for herpes. Had the doctor told me that from the start and he could've saved me some worrying.

Anyway, all is fine and I just have to keep on taking the new dosis of medicine until it heals completely, which shouldn't take much longer. rofl

And then it will all finally get back to normal. :)

Well, I believe I will "only" have to wait two more weeks, at most, to get back to Penis Enlargement... FINALLY!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you guys: today I realized I need to set a new goal for my BPenis EnlargementL. I want to reach 20 cm/7.8" in length. The reason being, simply, that I want my glans to reach my navel when I'm lying on my back with an erection :D

Now, given that my BPenis EnlargementL is currently at 16,5 cm/6.49" and that I had previously gained, roughly, 2 mm/0.07" per month only from jelqing, doing the math it would take me... about 18 months to attain this goal. So, by February 2012 I should be there :)

Sounds fair enough for me and I'm trusting I'll get there :D

1 - During my routine, when I'm jelqing, my balls tend to tighten slightly. So when I'm done and go for my shower (the warm-down), which is when I usually do the testicle health massage, my balls aren't completely loose. I still do the stretching, and massage all over my testicles and scrotum. But, somehow, I don't really see a difference in the way my balls hang. Am I doing something wrong? When should one expect to see some results from the THydromax, given on does it every day?

2 - I am currently at around 650 jelqs a day (one single routine, in the morning). My idea is to slowly increase the number of repetitions. So, my question is, how many repetitions can we perform and still get some gains? I mean, is there a plateau where, no matter how many more repetitions you do, it won't bring you any more gains? Is 1200 reps too much? 3000? 10.000? At around how many repetitions can we say that we are only wasting our time?

I just trained the THydromax daily and I guess after about a month or so I started to notice a better flaccid hang and the scrotal skin was starting to stretch. After about 8-10 months I had to stop doing the stretching portion because I had reached the hang I wanted.

I would say, after sticking with 600 a day for a while you would be best geared to go to a more intense jelqing exercise, like Slow Squash Jelqs.

I'm scared of those, lol. Honestly, seeing you guys squeezing your penis that forcefully seems painful. I know it probably isn't. Maybe I just need to get my penis more accostumed to these exercises :)

Anyway, I just wanted to share with you all that I measured my BPenis EnlargementL yesterday and I gained 0,5 mm/0.02" rofl. Oh, and I also gained a bit in girth ;)

Just a quick note to let you guys know that, last week, I hit the 18 cm / 7.08" mark in my BPenis EnlargementL. :)
Since I wasn't able to stick to my routine on a daily basis these last few days, I think I may have lost just a bit of what I had gained, hence my sticking to just 17 cm /6.69" in my signature :P
Anyway, I am really enjoying the results and I'm feeling highly motivated, so I can honestly advise you newbie guys to just stick to your routines and the results will eventually come :)

Now for a technical question:
My penis has the shape of a slight upward curve. When I measure my Bone Pressed Erect Length, say with flexible ruler, should I make the ruler touch the full length of my penis and go with the curve, or should I just make it touch the pubic bone and the tip of my glans? I'm asking because there is a variation of at least 0,5 cm / 0.2" between the both methods. Which one is more accurate?

I say, any part that is insertable, should be included in the measurement. That's what it's all about at the end of the day anyway right~?~ LOL

This is how I perform it but going erect may work too. I know that Red is using a very effective method of scrotum pumping, his gains thus far are amazing.

Try going before the shower and use some warm oil, this will help relax.
 
I'll see what I can do about that. Thanks :)

By the way, just because I'm not being able to stretch my balls properly, that doesn't necessarily mean that I can't get bigger nuts, right? I mean, maybe I can't strech the best way, but I believe that I do the actual massage the correct way. That alone should be enough to irrigate the testicles and promote their growth, isn't that right?
