Haven't thought about it but I should start probably measuring at least once every 2 weeks considering this is probably the most intense and consistent PE i've ever done, with the exception of 2 years back when around the time i started this thread i used to do A LOT of clamped kegeling

also interesting to note is my length and girth can vary and fluctuate on any given day based on what i eat, do, and environmental factors i think...

i remember years ago i used to measure all the time, some days i was 6.5, some days 7

there would be days where im extremely horny and my size is much tighter and smaller than usual

then other times i could be horny and my size is huge

but one thing i do know is that jelqing, stretching, erect bending for instance will bring u to a more median measurement where u will stay at a higher measurement more consistently

thats probably why it was fluctuating because it simply relied on capillary function and biological state and before i wasn't doing much length and stretch work consistently until now im gradually adding more length work

no i dont measure girth daily or much at all because i have a lot of swelling and retention throughout the day, especially now with the cock ring on for many hours after PE, it takes about until the next morning for it to go back to normal, but if i did measure in the morning i know by sight and sensation that the girth would be a bit larger than a month ago and ever so slightly longer just based on regular erections recently when the swelling isn't present

last week i was averaging 2 hours of PE per day and 2 hours of physical training per day

this week it's 1 hour of PE per day and 2 hours of physical

i have to see which manual PE exercises will keep me motivated to do them consistently like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for example considering i dropped off the Jelq and bends this week even though they are effective

i might have to just force them for a few weeks until they become habit

anyway gotta see what else I can add or modify to keep things interesting

Keep it up brother! The gym will only motivate you to want to push harder with your PE. Use the both of them to motivate one another. I've been using a heat pad when getting up and doing a few manual strechtes then wrapping with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap and head to the gym. I like how I stay elongated while pumping in the gym.

Seriously man looking good. I've been using your idea for pumping for girth work. Using a pyramid method for your intensity. Keep it up buddy.
 
2 Hours of PE and 2 hours at the gym every day. Looks very similar to what I am doing, I guess you are safe from the "Heating Blanket For Pussies Of The Week Award". It is kinda the same as the Routine of the Week but the opposite, and no coupon.

hell yea man!! PE first for me then I usually do cardio and calisthenics and a bit of yoga at the moment
