K18's Clamped Kegels: 18 reps(1 rep is 18-36 seconds)(30-second breaks after every 3-6 reps)
K18's Clamped Reverse Kegels: 18 reps(1 rep is 18-36 seconds)(30-second breaks after every 3-6 reps)

Clamped rk's I dont get that, but i may have done it before. U just sort of relax PC whilst digging clamp a little closer to body?

Well Uli is like manual clamp. The Upward and Downward Jelq gives me great expansion and targets head size and base girth.

I came up with Clamped RK, going to rename it to K18's Clamped RK's. In erect state, you just curl thumb over deep base on dorsal side very tight, or alternatively use OK-grip at deep base and then hold RK. Not relaxed, but push-hold RK.
 
Length as well, check my sig. I'm in the process of learning and gradually incorporating a manual length session while I don't have an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and I've only done girth until now. And I will continue manual girth b/c I want to reach shane diesel's girth which easily looks to be at least 8.5.

Yea it's what I did for that day, but i've always done only girth. Now looking to add a length routine on top of girth routine. So i incorporated [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] manual stretches today. Will post full log later.

Not much girth today because my pelvic floor muscles are really fatigued from yesterday's bout.

Thanks, but compared to shane disel it's like comparing a coupe to a hummer. But I really wish I had another inch in length b/c my girth makes my dk look short. It looks like a shorter wesley pipes.

tbh, most put shane diesel at around 7.5. the angles and lenses and all the other tricks in adult entertainment make it look bigger than what it is. an 8 or 9 inch girth i would assume would be pretty useless for sex

i doubt it b/c i've seen his clips and the women can't even do an Ok-grip on his shaft, usually there is over an inch in space left between fingers. My girth jumps between 6.8 to 7.0 depending on EQ and my fingers just about touch at the tips. I mean camera angles or not, you can see his girth is just extreme.

yeah so think about it - the women has an inch space between the fingers, and your fingers just touch. your hands are man size, and those women (like most in adult entertainment) will have small hands, which means if the same women was to try the ok grip on you their fingers certainly wouldnt touch if yours barely do. given that, he is probably only very marginally thicker than you. when i was 5.25 ms girth i was with a girl who had small hands, and her fingers just about touched when she did the ok grip, so yeah shane definitely isnt 8, probs closer to 7 or 7.5max
