Well, I'm experimenting. Yesterday I did 6×3. But I replaced ssj with clamping and squeeze exercises while clamped.

Today for length I did warm-up and stretching by hand. And followed up with 3 sets at 15 minutes in a narrow tube that I pack. Alternated between 10 hg and 15hg.

Then I warmed down.

Do SSJ instead. Clamping is to dangerous. You don't want to develop DVT (Deep Vain Trombosis).
 
Hi all, just to give some figures about penis pumping and permanent gains. It is true that the size one has in the tube is not the same than when you come out, and in several hours you "lose" most of the expansion, but there are small, cumulative gains that cement by themselves over time. I started at 132 mm (5.25) in girth, and after some time of consistent pumping i reached way more than 7 inch girth, but I only claim 7 because I found myself having to give proof of it at any moment, and it bothers me. From then on, pumping was only for keeping the gains. There were many times I stopped pumping, and started again when noticed some loss, ussually within 3 months or so. In the last break, were I was pondering to stop pumping at all, in the 3rd month I measured 6.5 and from then on it was my permanent, unpumped size. I stopped 8 months total, and there is a reason I went back to pump. A month ago, my (most) Significant One confronted me and asked if there was someone else. As she said, she noticed I was not "so aroused" as I used to be!!! She never knew about the pumping, and attributed my "shrinking" to lack of arousal!!! Back to the figures, I see a permanent gain of at least one inch.

So, THERE ARE permanent gains in pumping.

Besides of that, if you start pumping again, you re-gain your maximum size quickly. In my case, from the 7th pumping session (at the 3rd week) I started to pack the 2.5 tube in the lower third part, in 10 minutes of WET pumping. that means almost 8 in girth IN THE TUBE.

In short, there are permanent gains, amd the eventual loses due to an extended period without pumping comes back fast if you start again.
Last, but not least, SIZE DO MATTER to women, and NOBODY, no matter how much "evidence" they provide, will convince me on the contrary. Period.

The reason why you loss size in girth was because the gains weren't fully cemented and also maybe you weren't doing any manual girth work like Slow Squash Jelq.

And a bit of bundled stretches to keep the length adjusted and stable while working on the girth. Never one without the other.
 
Let's say, 20 minutes of bundled stretches session right before a pumping session?

Minimum of 5 minutes, good at 10 minutes, better at 15 minutes, and up to 30 minutes to maximize tissue fatigue before the real expansion workout in the cylinder.

At 30 minutes length master session done in combination with pumping. This will help break my plateau for sure.
