I'm actually about to do my girth exercises right now and am using a rice sock for warmup right now
Heating time varies depending on microwave strength and stuff but what I started using is two rice socks...gives more coverage for me and really does warm up your unit well....I heat it for 2 minutes but be careful and experiment with your own microwave to see what works best...
If you don't mind me picking your brain a little more, how long do your socks stay hot, how much rice do you put in a sock, and does the brand/type of rice matter?

I had made one of these prior to X-mas and the damn thing caught fire in the microwave...I guess I may have had it in there too long or something. Be careful when using these fellas, as they do indeed get extremely hot.

I make mine, I have made 20 or so. I go out and pick up some material cut it in a 30"X6" strip and fold it in half sew it in half and fill it up with regular white rice. Then sew it closed. I have some of the first ones I ever made and they still work great. I have never had one burn up and let me tell you me and my family use them EVERY day. I guess it would all depend on what you use for material.
I honestly don't remember how much rice I put into each sock...probably one or two cups but really just kinda try it out putting in one cup at a time until you have a sorta fist size amount of rice at the bottom of the sock...then close it off with a rubber band toward the top of the sock...if you'd like to sew like ctmwm then more power to you but it isn't necessary....
I really don't think the type of rice you use makes much of a difference...the one I made stays hot for at least 10 minutes and warm for 10-15 minutes but it all depends on how long you microwave it and how much rice you have used....just remember to be careful because the rice can get extremely hot....I'm talking burn the shit out of yourself hot...so its no biggie just test how hot it is each time you take it out of the microwave before putting it on yourself and you'll be fine...give it a shot I like it much better than using hot wet towels...

I'll probably end up sticking with my heating pad, though, since I like to leave heat on for a pretty long time before and after my workout. I'm talking upwards of an hour sometimes, just because it feels comfortable.
If your going to buy rice just for a sock get the long old fashion kind it stays hotter longer, Rice is a good moist heat if your going to stay with the heating pad dampen a wash cloth and wrap mr. penis with the cloth then your pad.

Will heating and re-heating up a rice sock cause your house to start stinkin' like Uncle Ben's? Does that dry kinda heat really work any better or as good as microwaving a bowl of water and using a washcloth to warm up? I've singed myself with that too, so you gotta be careful no matter what method you use.
