Since so many people are asking me for advice in the chat and by PM I decided to put up my own report about my Penis Enlargement and my penis/cock. This is about me and my routines and my own penis.

My Penis Status atm:
( First I wanna tell you: 1 inch = 2.54 cm)
12-13cm flaccid length.
18.5cm length bpel
13.5cm Midshaft girth
14.2cm Base girth

Goals:
As I see it, the best way to do this Penis Enlargement is to put up a "Short term goal" and a "Long term goal". My short term goal was 1.5 cm length actually....and my long term is now to get up to 20cm length wich would be 5.0 cm gained length.
And I realized I need girth some months ago, so I now putted in another goal wich is 14.5cm girth around the middle of the penis.

Gained so far:
I've so far gained 3.5 cm length and 1.0 cm girth in 4-5 months

My own start in the Penis Enlargement buisness:

So I made the newbie-routine streatching TWICE a day. And with 60 seconds streatching in EACH direction (30 sec is NOT enough..believe me). And Jelqing once a day (it helps also with length not only girth...edgeing is rly rly good..making it hard n such..).


My routines I follow with 0 days off, I'm working EVERY day in the week:

Morning routine:

Im stepping into the shower, and turning on the hot water. Hot water to keep my Penis warm.
But I dont let the water flow away...just put it on a little so Im keeping myself warm, letting it drip down on the penis..hot water is expensive!...
I'm STAYING in the shower on this whole session.

I do my 60 seconds stretches in every way I can.
- First behind the cheeks left, and then right. (2min)
-Down right, down left, straight down, (3min)
-to the right, to the left, straight out, (3min)
-up right, up left, straight up (3min)

sometimes I stretch a little extra straight down and straight out just for the fun tbh (it probably helps alot). And then it's 60 seconds stretches aswell.
total of let's say around 20 min stretching.

-Warmdown with more water on the penis, hot water for around 3 mins.

- then I do my 120 quick kegles (1-2 min)

Evening routine:

Same as above.....almost!

I'm not staying in the shower on this session. I go upstairs and do my stretches in the bed actually.

I do my 60 seconds stretches in every way I can.

-up right, up left, straight up (3min)

-Then I do jelq for 20 minutes about 500 jelqs. And edging my dick as hard as I can a couple of times.

- warmdown with hot shower-water aswell.

- kegels (100-120 quick kegels and 50 slow and hard kegels).

Time for my whole Penis Enlargement schedule:
1hrs/1day when I started....NOW it's 1.5hrs/1day...this totaly for Morning and Evening routines. WORKING HARD.

Other than that:

This is what I do..and it helped me ALOT..I'm close to my goal in length which is 20cm..I will soon concentrate myself on girth cuz Im gaining girth rly slow compared to length.

After 5 days without Penis Enlargement last week because of my trip to UK Im still gaining after my hard work.

Reporting gains,from 18.5 to 18.7cm length...still the same size in girth...looked like my head got bigger than usually today when I had sex aswell..havent meassured it will do with the time.

Things to do on monday: order special rings for Penis Enlargement that are adjustable.
 
My special penis rings have arrived!
It took only 1 work-day and day nr2 they arrived with the mail.

After trying them out I got in touch with ONE of them that were really great for girth work. I will seriously start training my girth ALMOST directly I think...

I wanna hit that 19 cm length before I decide to train girth seriously.

as you can see there is a button on it aswell that makes it adjustable. Works great, I just put something soft as a little t-shirt wrap between it and my shaft so I wont get any damages. The string is pretty strong you know.
 
Tomorrow I'll start with my serious girth work.

Every 2nd day I exchange my 20 min jelqing session with clamping for 3x 10 minutes with breaks included between the sets.
My clamping will be based on 2x 10 minutes of edging, and 1x 10 minutes of horse squeezes.

My stretching program will still be there until I hit the 20 cm length, then I'll start to cementing my gains.

Length Progress:
I forgot to update latly hitted the 19cm length a couple of days ago. NBPenis EnlargementL ofc.

Girth progress:
1 week away with girth-work, I cant see any changes in erect stage yet at all.... BUT I can feel while grabbing around my penis with thumb and pointer-finger around the base in flaccid state that something is thicker which is a good sign I guess..

Girth shortterm goal:
Im counting with an minimum growth of 0.5cm and a maximum of 1.0cm growth within 2 months of girthwork while clamping. Which means July 17th will be a very special day for me.

Length final goal:
Im also counting with having my length 20cm done by July 17th so I can start cementing those gains. This means I gotta grow 1cm within 2 months(!)

I only do my morning routine in the shower (since I shower daily) :).
On the evening routine I warmup and down in the shower only and doing my routines in the good old bed.

Naah I dont slip rly actually. The water makes me get a pretty good grip actually! Ever tried having sex in the shower? I dont recommend it rly, you gotta spit alot downstairs to make it slippery.

I dont pull with full force always, but I pull for a long while (1min each time). It's like 90% out of full force mostly at the start then sometime I might do fullforce on a few few stretches just to get a good feeling.

Im 20 yrs old, I guess my age has an effect in Penis Enlargement aswell.

Reporting increases in both length and girth.

2mm length increased and I can feel that my cock is getting thicker after 2 weeks of intense clamping every 2nd day.

I can clearly see girth diffrence in flaccid state and I can also now feel a little diffrence in erect state.
I would say 2mm thicker cock aswell or something, havent meassured the girth yet will do later on.

I'm not cutted, I was rly rly sensetive myself at the start. I think that HOT water (so u burn urself at first, but after 3seconds get comfertable in the heat!! important!) would help you alot! Try that out. Because, when you had that hot water on you, you might be less sensetive around your head you know?

And I totaly recommand stretching with something soft around your penis-head. I use my underwears since they are MADE for being soft for the penis. =) Almost all underwears for guys today are soft as hell. It's very comfertable with such a grip.

actually I dont!
(except for today, got a little damage from clamping I want to get healed until tomorrow).

I always gone full out with 0 days off, and it sure have payed off. I believe every person in my age got the ability to gain as quick as me with 0 days off in his schedule.
I work hard every day so I can get done quicker.

When I started my Penis Enlargement journey I thought, "I dont wanna do this for more than 6 months". It is fun sometimes but not always, so I always had that in my mind. Now Im at my 6th month and all and still going strong.
Why am I still stretching every day? I got a goal in my mind and I dont stop until I reached it. That is how every person should think. So now when I got my longterm goal it's get done FULLY within xmas (cementing and all included ofc!). :)

2 days a week off = 8 days a month off
now 6 months x 8 days = totaly 48 days off!


It's like 1,5 MONTH that gets wasted by that time. For what? Resting? bah! :)
 
Excellent progress mate and you are a very good example here for anyone wanting to get serious and stay dedicated to this.
 
yea im agree with redzulu,opa u ar amazing....excellent job man....just keep goin.. but now for 2-3 weeks of hot and cold therapy weeks when my t-vein healed up and my hard tissues become im finaly gona re-start and im gonna have u and ur persistence on mind but im not gonna do twice a day caused of that injury or damage i have...otherwise i will do a twice a day too, i mean in morning and at evening but i cant...it interesantig that u havent some bigger damage to urself yet...i mean on twice a day jelqing sesions..

The only damages I had on me have been 1 red/black spot on my penis after clamping. But it's almost gone today. It takes 1-2 days without Penis Enlargement to heal I realized. So I will go full out again in clamping.

And then I had a bruise on my penis head. Very very tiny. And you can only see it in flaccid state, impossible to see in erect stage. I doubt it's a permanent damage, most likely a temporary damage while stretching alot since it doesnt get any bigger. I got my small small sacrifices. =) Hopefully that will be totaly gone aswell with the time.

I actually think jelqing is just some extra effort I put into my Penis Enlargement to make penis hard as hell after the evening stretching session. I dont put alot of attention to it Im afraid.

I do hard jelqs while jelqing, 100 first, then I wait a minute or two, get an hard erection again do 100 again and so on..I do about 500 jelqs every 2nd day the other day when I dont jelq I do clamping instead.

I dont use any special technique rly. It's hard jelqs and I do it with (believe it or not) food-oil/ olive-oil. Works very well, and is very comfertable. Try it out! =)

Hi Opa, I just started over a week ago. Should I stretch and jelq everyday or take it slow? I have been on a day to day routine and I would like your input. that would be an awesome start! My own start was like that. The first month I did my stretches at the morning and then jelqing every evening. It's a great thing to do, splitting up the program that is.

I myself did go hard out directly and I think that is what every newcomer should do. Because then you will realize "omg this WORKS". I worked hard every day the first month. Then I realized I gained 1cm length and was on this site, reading for hours...later on I had to become a member on this forum! =)

you know i just started out using it so can't tell about the stickiness..but lately i have to apply more and more through my girth workout..i think once i'm out of vaseline i will give the oil a go

Today I did 3x 15 min clamping instead of the original 3x 10 min. And I realized I got no problem with that amount of time. So I'll add this to my program for now.

I need to take a break from Penis Enlargement for a week or something, I'll write in here when Im back to my routine again.

Got a bruise that have been there nonstop for 2-3 weeks that have to be healed. I dont want any permanent damages on my penis.
 
Back on track again. That bruise that I had isnt rly a bruise. It wont get away and it's more like cracked skin that have appeared and new skin have healed above it or something. It's a ligt light red spot I got..it will heal naturally according to others I've asked so I'll keep on fighting again.

Clamped today and I can tell myself that those head squeezes with a clamp on is a killer! I love em! Im ensured that I will have a girth gain within the 19th next month!
 
glad to see you're back on it! just take it easy dude, injuries can and should be avoided when good care is taken, as you're well aware of i'm sure! keep up the work bro, i wanna see some more gains!

The longer and more intense the stretch the better which is why your 60 seconds worked for you quicker than the 30 seconds. I however dont think you should ask dld to edit his [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] because that routine has proven itself time and time again for years well before you even came here and also worked well for dld, so changeing it merely because you are a good gainer is wrong and arrogant ;)

I think you have done really well thus far and will continue to do so but bare in mind that as you become more advanced in your Penis Enlargement journey, such as myself who's been doing this since 2001 .. than you will need to adopt new methods such as changeing your style and the 7 on zero off you employ now will not work in the longrun, take it from me as your body needs rest but at the moment as your new and fresh its okay but in the longrun it is not.

Your still new at this and learning, so keep evolving and take on board what wiser men tell you.

Been working my ass off latley and my girth has for sure improved. Just waiting for the "meassurement day". It's starting to look like a pornmovie cock which is what I am after. That thick and big look. At least after a clamping session it looks awesome.

I've been adding my program to 4x 13 min clamping for now with 5-10 min breaks between each session. And I continue my head squeezes while trapping the blood with the other hand. It works fine and no damages are showing except those small small bruises that dissapears after 24hrs.
 
oh man, that's easy

Kegels are like when you are pushing with your penis so it moves. It's like when you are pissing and wanna stop pissing then you do a kegle to stop it rinning out. It feels in your ass when you do one (no kidding).

Edging is easy aswell. When you edge you basically makes your penis as big and hard as possible. It's when you mastrubate and exactly before you are going to ejaculate you STOP, notice how hard and thick it is then. Everytime you stop before you are about to cum, you are edging.

The last 2 weeks I putted in some extra effort.

I try do clamping 2 days on 1 day off and I try do 4 x 13 minutes of clamping with 5 min break between the x4 times.

Im ensured that I can reach the desired 6 inches girth within 2 months more if I keep working..but it will be hard since Im soon going back to my studies.

Opa, 1st of all you're my source of motivation...gained that much in such a short time :)

I agree with you, that 30 secs is too short time for stretches. In basic stretching, it should be at least a minute, to get muscle stretch, so I've done DLD's 1st routine, but I make one lighter 30 sec stretch first, and then I do one 60sec stretch, where I put more effort. I probaply go beyond that in near future, and start to do few 90-120 second stretches as well (those center ones). I've been thinking about adding other shorter stretching session as well. I could do that in evening while in shower, but it has to be quick (maybe few a-stretches 60-120 secs each), so I guess I dont have time for warming down properly. Do you think it will help me gain, or just do harm?

I'm just wondering, that you haven't gain any girth? Do you do jelqs in erected or flaccid state? I don't know if I've gained any girth, but it seems that I have, at least during my workout, and last night when I was having sex with my wife. I had a cock ring, but I'm sure, that it has never been that large...so is my wife rofl

Im working very hard for my girth now and less on my length. But I still work on both!
But my girth havent come out of jelqing actually, just a little. It's mostley because of my clamping sessions (which isnt for newbies!). Anyhow I jelq in hard state, it helps a little but not as much as clamping.

Dont think about your penis as a muscle btw, beacuse it isnt. It's ligament and such, and guess what?
THAT is why you can stretch every day with no resting!
A muscle needs resting. Ligament and such things that the penis is made out of doesnt need rest.
The only time you need to rest is if you feel that you have overworked and might have an injury or just thinks it feels really numb.

Im sure that a proper warmdown would help a little more but it wont harm you if you skip it. And if you are in the shower, just dazzle a little hot water on your penis. I do 3 minutes warmdown myself.

No, I didn't miss it, but I meant, that you didn't gain girth much on your first routine...sorry about that. That's why I asked how you did your jelqs. And I'm definetely going to stay away from clamping in this stage.

Naah with my first routine I barley didn't gain any girth at all. I dont know rly why tbh.
I think that it was because I wasnt as intense with my jelqs as with my stretching. The jelqs was mostley there to edge for me.
The only girth I gained back then was like 1cm girth around the base, but around the base, the very very inner base you know, and that was made my stretching, no doubt.
 
Since I have decided to follow your footsteps as closely as I can, could you please explain your clamping exercise more accurately? How do you perform your clamping exercises? I'm quite sure, that many other guys are very interested too ;)

I read one tutorial about clamping, but it seemed, that there was just two rings on cock, one in base and one below head, and that was the exercise??? I'm so nOObie ?:( (But who cares...I will grow :cool:)
 
Okay here it goes:

people who read this, remember it's NOT for newbies!

Opa's way of clamping nowadays:

step 1: Warmup in a hot shower, rly hot water, 3 minutes

step 2: get up to my computer chair, put the olive-oil aside

step 3: find a decent porno movie on the PC to watch while rubbing in my dick with olive oil

step 4: put on the adjustable cock-ring http://www.lustfynd.se/images/product/original_68930.jpg this one, and get hard as hell, remember what time you started to clamp on in the porno movie (I only put the clamp on for 13-15 minutes max).

step 5: now it's time to work, get as hard as I can, the oil helps ALOT here.
Im taking my right hand and I clamp it around the base pretty tightly, with my left hand I squeeze my penis head so it's no blood inside it, the blood is now trapped between my right and left hand, which means in the middle of the penis.

step 6: I hold this for 1 minute, and if im losing alittle of my erection I start pushing up a little with the hand I clamp with (my right hand) so my middle girth of the penis gets a big expansion.

step 7: I do these manual clamps 6-8 times (all depends on how fast u can get hard after every 1 minute holding) , while being clamped with my penis ring aswell, which takes about 13-15 minutes.
Then I take my penis ring off and I rest 5 minutes and I start all over again. I do this 4 times. So 4x 13-15 minutes or something like that.

step 8: warmdown with hot water, 3 minutes, and finish with 120 kegels.


I think this is how exact I can be with my girth-routine. I do this 2 days on and the 1 day off, nowadays. :)
