You say there is no soreness. But is there a really good burning sensation while hanging? Do you hang straight down? I have always felt a real good burn towards my last set, also I rotate my pelvis so I can feel the stretch more. Right now I just started hanging again like 2 weeks ago. I start of with 4 pounds for a really good warm up set, 10mins. Then go to 7.5lbs for 20mins, I always dry jelq or edge between sets to restore all of the blood flow to the penis. Then my last 2 sets are at 10lbs for 20mins. Man that last 5 mins is of the last set feels so freaking good! My flaccid has already been hanging longer than even with pumping!

i'm definantely really sore during the hanging crazed. The jelqing I do at the end of hanging is almost painful at points. I definantely feel a good pull while hanging I do it straight down 5 pounds 3 sets 20 minutes a set right now. I figure after 2 weeks I'll either increase the time or the weight but i'm leaning towards the time. I get off house arrest tomorrow to so I don't plan to be spending all day on Penis Enlargement.

You get off of house arrest tomorrow! Damn good job man! Just walk down that probation, it can be a bitch but I survived 5 years of that shit. But not before I did 3 years in Missouri DOC. I was young just like you at the time, fuck it nobody could tell me shit, because I knew! Well lets say I learned a valuable lesson from the time I was 19 to 24. I'm still learning lessons everyday! thanks a lot man that means a lot. I definantely learned my lesson this past 2 years has sucked major cock and I still have 4 months of parole then 2 years of probation. i'm just trying to not do anything stupid work hard to pay the restitution and play it str8.
 
Pokey...you must not be reading the instructions on hanging. Here is what you said:

You don't increse time, you increase weight. You don't want to go over the 20 minutes sets. GS
