well guys here it is the 3 month mark for me and my gains have almost been non-existent for a month and i'm getting frustrated. No way i'm going to quit though I tried to go up in weight in hanging but it was too intense. I've been doing 1 hour of hanging, supra slammers and jelqing 6 days a week. Anything you guys think I should add on? Should I do manual stretching I just don't know i'm stuck.

oh noes he's back. So update while I was gone. I've gained from 5.5"-6.75" overall and I starting Penis Enlargement in September so that is 5 months 1.25 inches. I have been doing clamping sometimes in the morning but I do 1 hour of straight out hanging every night. I took about 2 weeks off and I gained .25" in that 2 weeks I guess it's true what they say if you give your penis a good resting period it will grow. I hit it for 5 months solid and took 2 weeks off for the first time since I missed a couple days with moving. Keep at it guys penis enlargement is all about consistency. I have been taking pro solution and am approaching the 3 month mark. I am considering changing from the bib hanger to the Max-Vac hanger as I have heard nothing but positive reviews.
