I measured today flaccid strecthed bone pressed and the results I got was around 6.7-6.8, this was measured at the side of the penis.
On the top of the penis I am 6.5 inches bone pressed. I haven't measured girth yet but will shortly.
I will to increase the intensity even more this month, will be hard since I feel I am pulling as hard as I can.

Good to know, I was worried about where you went. I am glad you are good on your length and dedicating full focus to girth should bring the gain much faster than concentrating on both length and girth. Please keep us up to date so we don't have to worry about you:)

It has been alot in school and in life overall so it was somewhat hard to be as active in PE as I was before.
I also recently though to inclue some length exercises to my routine as well but will mainly focus on girth :)

Slow Squash Jelqs are one of the fastest ways to girth paradise, just add the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] and it becomes even better.
 
Hey guys

I forgot to post yesterday so I post today, better late than never.
I am going to be honest with you all, I haven't been super consistent in routine. Mainly because alot of things has been going on for example in school.
Either way I measured this morning (flaccid stretch) and from the side of the penis I was 6.9 inches and with the ruler above the penis I was 6.6-6.7 inches. So I have gained length even though I haven't been consistent at all. Haven't measured girth yet but I will when I find a spot. School is also about to end so I will get more time I can spend on PE.

Edit: measured girth to: 4.5 inches which is what I've had before.

A big congratulations for your length gains, that is wonderful seeing that you have not been consistent. With such easy gains with inconsistency imagine what will happen with consistency! I am very proud of the gains you have made and I can't wait to hear more. Get that training in as much as you can.

Thanks! I am feeling very motivated now and certain that I will hit the 7.5 inches mark. The only problem is that I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] but I still haven't gained anything. I did slow squash jelqs alot before for a few month but still no gains.

I am not sure. I use an ok grip at the base and press down on the head while slowly jelqing upwards. I also tried squeezing the head instead of pressing, seemed to go better.

Thanks for the kind words!. Really hard to tell the amount of time I put in. It can be all from 10 minutes to 2 hours. I usaully do PE at breaks in school, which are often 10-30 minutes. So it adds up to about 1 hour/ day.

When I started PE and gained most of my gains I spent about 40 min-2.5 hour and had really high intensity in my workouts. Hope it helped
