Once it is trapped try compressing hands with as much intensity as possible and once compressed move the hands to further expand the penis. You can move in many ways, circular, arching, bending, etc. If you are working below 80% erect try to kick it up to 100% in the beginning and let it subside to about 90%. The greater the erection the better the expansion.

One thing to keep in mind though is that many hangers recommend not doing any serious girth work while hanging.

Right now I am about 6.5( measured from the side, 6.3 on top) inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth. I am measuring every third day of every month. So the next time is 03 january 2015.

Also I think I am starting to get a thrombosis vein again. It wasn't as bad as the one before, but it hurts a little druing stretching. :( I find it hard to find balance between overtraining and training effectively with high intensity.

Wow, you are so close to the goal! I think you will have no problem getting there by January. Can you describe the vein more, is it hard and string like or is it soft and bulging?

Thanks!! I checked now and It's pretty much gone now. The vein were soft but it hurted(might been just soreness) but now I am back into training again. :)

A soft vein is absolutely nothing to worry about. Where concern is important is when the vein is hard with a string like feeling to it, this is thrombosis. A enlarged soft vein is nothing more than good expansion.
 
So I measured a little ahead to see if all the intensity I was putting into my workout paid off. Unfortunately I haven't gained anything. I would rather say I lost(Could be because eq). I would think that I should gain something because the intensity I was using was really high. I am going to take a few days off and measure again to see if my erection quality was the problem.

Always be sure you have 100% erection quality before even thinking about making an official measurement. I have said this before but poor eq can mean a misreading of up to an inch lost. These undue discouragements can really damage motivation. I suggest you measure again today flaccid-stretched bone-pressed and this will show you how much you have really gained in length no matter what eq is. Wait until eq returns to 100% and remeasure length again erect-bone-pressed. Please report back so we know what the real deal is.

Thanks for the reply. I know remembered that I have had some problem with my eq. I have a really hard problem getting to 100%, so maybe the stretched bone pressed measurement will suit me better.

I tried to do the flaccid stretched bone pressed but according to my measurements I still haven't gained anything.
I do the following:
Grab the penis in flaccid state with an ok grip
Then I stretch it straight out and take a ruler and press it against my bone and read off.

I don't know what I do wrong. I will try to get my eq up and measure one my time.
 
I feel pretty bad since I haven't done PE in a whole week. It's mainly because I didn't find the time since I was working really late. But now I am starting to feel smaller again and it's a really terrifying feeling. I also feel the lack of motivation because I didn't gain anything last month :(
I will try to get back into PE today and I am not going to stop again since it's really hard to start again once you've stopped.

Interesting, I am not sure I did it right but I measured myslef at 6.5-6.8 while measure in erect state I often get 6.3-6.5.
I did though measure a bit away from my penis this time.
