Hey guys. With this month of PE work ending I am sad to report that I haven't gained anything. Maybe like 0.2 cm in girth but that's it. I also had a thrombosis vein this month and had to take some weeks off but that should effect the gains that much?
Never the mind I will have to increase the intensity and add some new exercises. Maybe I will get a long christmas present instead :)
Stay tuned for more gains

sucks man,im in the same department the almost zero gainers hahaha but i dont know man maybe you are doing something wrong, all of these years and i havent had a thrombosis vein, but i have had a lot of breaks.....

yeah. it sukcs :( Probably need more intense exercises but that's just a though. It would feel sad if journey stopped here at 6.3 inches* 4.5 inches.

Nope most men here can grow really huge we can gain 2,3,4 inches but our personal issues are an obstacle too,im a very skeptical guy sometimes, and gains are hard to get, sometimes i have no motivation and i feel powerless, but in your case you have to analyze what are the things you have been doing wrong, being honest to yourself and start a routine that could give you better results, sometimes following a routine gets way too boring and the motivation dies.but theres isnot magic here, hard work, discipline, knowledge, can help you to get better results,if you are 6.3 you are way too close to a good size 7"inches is a good size and you are way too close keep on working and you will see what you look for...

Thanks for the awesome motivation. You really motivated me to keep working hard :)

Small gains still count so congratulations on the small increase. I think that you must be on the right road since there was small gains but I say turn up the intensity on what you are doing as this will most likely increase the gains. With thrombosis getting in the way of training this most likely took some of the gain momentum away. How is the thrombosis now, has it dissipated?

Yes it is completely gone. Disappeared after some stretching, weird. I am already going super intense, so my skin get's all red and bruises, but I will try to raise the intensity slowly again. Probably need to add some more intense exercise as well. I am currently doing alot of dld blasters and manual stretches with some tunica blasters(If I remembered the name). Sometimes I am doing some strecthes behind the cheek. Is this enough or should I add more exercises?
Thanks

That is plenty if you are looking only for length. If you ask want to gain girth you will need to add in some girth exercises like jelqing and SlowSquashJelqs.

Good. Right now I am just doing length. I find that I get more motivated and it's easier for me to do PE if I focus on length one day and girth another day+ a mini session of length.
So should I just add more intense to these length exercises and I should be fine?

Yup, always push the intensity on any single exercise with each session and when those exercises no longer produce find more intense exercises to fill the space. PE is all about progressive intensity.

Hmm, if you are mainly focusing on length have you ever considered hanging? I have seen great results from it and it is a particularly easy form you PE because once you attach the hanger you can use your computer, watch tv, really anything that requires your hands to be free. If you are interested and need some advice I would be happy to share my knowledge on it.

Well in order to hang you either need to purchase a hanger or else make your own. I am not sure how to make a hanger, but I believe in the "hanging around" section there is a sticky that explains it. If you want to buy a hanger, which I suggest, there are several options including the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words], Bib, or LG. I have personal experience with the Bib and I think it is great. I purchased the Bib Starter for roughly 100 dollars, so look into that if you are interested.

Great!
Have you noticed any increase in gains from hagning?
Any risk for injuries?

There is definitely a risk for injuries, so if you begin hanging do so cautiously and learn before you move up in weight.

In the past I gained nearly an inch from hanging, and more recently I gained .375 inches in 2 months from hanging.

What weight do you recomend using?

With a intense stretch most men will feel a burning due to skin stretch, this is normal and should not present a problem.

I recommend starting off with no more then 5 lbs at the most for someone who has never hanged. From there you can increase by a pound every week or two weeks, but only if you feel you can do so safely. I currently hang 15 lbs, but I am far from a beginner.

If you hang at first you will feel a burning sensation which is skin stretch, but this should go away and only come back sporadically afterwards.

Thanks a lot boohoohoo. I will try to do some hanging.
You don't happen to have any good tips on how to increase intensity on slow squash jelqs too? :)
