Back in Penis Enlargement. I had to due a break due to a lack of time. It pretty weird how uncomfortable some of the Penis Enlargement stuff can be if you didn't do it for some time.I will work myself back in that I can do all these things. 20 mins Jelqs
10 mins Kegling
20 mins Stretching
1 Hanging Set

One slight routine change coming this weekend.
 
Looks good but remember not to become overzealous, this will bring injury. Stay in a safe, intense, gaining mode.

Need to hold back for a while. Had a one rod increase and felt good about it so I went for the first clamping after ages... Red dots on the lower side of the shaft after only 5 minutes :(
 
I will work myself back to the NewbieX2 Routine, because that one was most productive so far, but I will add some 1 hour very low weight hanging sets whenever it is possible.

I got inspired by G.S.'s posts about the wire and hope that somehow I can put the exhaust theory and that soft stretch together to reach the 8'' [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] sometime between Dec11 and June12.

If something is possible, somebody has to be first or the failer, if it isn't.
 
So annoying... Just did the hottest girl ever, but I failed. Lets just hope that it was at least a failure caused by incoming gains, because I finally want the 8'' [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] and at the moment I only have like 5,5-6,5 or 7 after Penis Enlargement.

Probably in the end of the next week im back to the old NewbieX2 routine, but with light weight hanging whenever it is possible.

With a 10" dick you don't have to get fully hard man. You could fuck that bitch flaccid (well, theoretically, but technically you need to be hard :) ) and get the job done. I found that semi-erect stretching helped me increase my flaccid size, dunno why. Went from a tiny 4" flaccid to a late range 6", sometimes 7-7.5". Give it a try if you want, because it worked for me it doesn't mean that it works for everybody. Good luck big man!
 
Well, at the moment I don't focus the errected length, because so far it works mostly. Fortunetely I don't have a fetish for women with a very liberal eating behaviour :)

Once I gained a lot with the routine I invented, but now I think very long static sessions will do good for it... Well, both can be combined.
 
I somehow suspect 20 minutes of errected work was not enough for any goal I could have.

Thereby I changed the girth routine a bit...

15 minutes supersets of 15 jelqs and a pressure uli
15 minutes of jelqs

For now I left the clamping out again... Not comfortable with it and I am a bit afraid this might trigger some panic button mechanism of the body.
