We went with a more expensive wood, from ash to cherry, and the finish is natural as shown and the leather may be black, maroon or brown (as we are buying good leather at a discount price) that is the only difference...but it cut costs by more than $30.00.

Have company over for the past couple days so I haven't been able to use mine since Wed. So far so good though, love this thing!
