1) I always like to wait for things to be as optimized and upgraded as possible before buying, and I am wondering if in new runs you might come up with some tweaks that might improve the device, which makes me wonder if it would be better to wait, because I wouldn't want to pay full price again to have it with new tweaks... but I don't even know if tweaks will be made, or how long it would take for them to be made.

This is a specialty project and the 10 that are being sold are going to reply on user feedback for changes, improvements, exercises and most of all a production model. If these 10 do well I will go into full production but I have never done this before getting user feedback. If this goes into full production the model will need to be at least $25 less expensive to produce so I can get a better price for the masses. If this goes into a full scale production I would like the price point to be around 140.

I think you mentioned suede earlier, so maybe ULTRASUEDE might be a good replacement. Found it on wikipedia: "Ultrasuede feels like natural suede, but it is resistant to stains and discolouration".

Also, when ya ship these, might want to use a bit of paper or something around the screws, one of them punched thru the envelope you sent it in, and the padding they use in them was all over the place! Bit dirty, but it mostly came off with a little bit of wiping/blowing! (oh that just does not sound right!!)

OK, I am completely but happy confused! My max length has always been between 10 and 10.5 bone pressed flaccid stretch. Dld I see the potential of this thing is amazing but the mist important aspect is securing my dick so it stays in and I can't figure it out ! I unscrew the bolts as loose then then I slip my dick in around mid shaft then I tighten the shit out of it even to the point my dick looks like a pancake then I start pulling downwards and my skin stretches over my head and shortly my dick will slip out I have teed attaching to extreme base and it helped a bit
