Alright, so a few days into using my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]... I have to say that I am still not 100% sure about the device. I have been using it quite a bit and I just don't feel the same fatigue that I feel when using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in my traditional manner. I really only feel the stretch on my skin, which is fine I guess considering I need that right mow but as far as getting a really good penis stretch in for length gains, I don't feel like it would really do that for me right now. One of my measures of whether I was or am getting a really good stretch workout on the penis is whether or not I get night erections, which has not been happening at the moment.

Now that being said, this could completely be a function of my error or the fact that because of needing to gain skin first I am not able to put stress on the internal structure of the penis. I will be continuing to use the device and will continue to report back. Any feedback from more experienced [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] users is welcome.
 
If it's just that the skin isn't there you really aught to give it time. It's still elongated I'm assuming so you are at least working to cement gains as the foreskin develops. I imagine the problem you're having is that applying more pull is just making the skin at your base pull up, so yea, the actual tension is going to suffer as you work that out.

I have to tell you though, I have been doing 15 minutes of the Mandingo stretch right before [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] just to test out the principal and I got a pump like I'd never seen before. I think it might actually be as good or better to do higher intensity bundles immediately before [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and other girth work.

I can also clearly see a point of overexertion with bundles and girth work throughout the day, so I'd say limit it to twice a day or your junk will look like a horror movie. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] definitely seems to have great synergy because of the even pressure. Kinda makes it a little more uniform. Doing other work makes it a bit more deformed looking but as long as you use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after it all gets straightened out pretty nicely.

Yeah I do high intensity bundles right before my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions as well, it works well for me too.

I know you bundle manually as well as w/sizegenetics, but how long do you think is optimal to use bundles for pre-fatigue purposes?

Jake, this is exactly what I experienced - not nearly the same resistance or fatigue. It would appear if you have very little skin available, it would be even more tension right now - but I could be wrong. Hopefully you figure it out, and if/when you do report back - that might spark me to try to use it again. Have you tried using the strap with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] alone? I can get that to work a little better than the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I found the straight up with the shoulder strap to provide the most consistent tension. Either way, I think it will help you get some slack, you should also try pulling your skin to the max when erect - that I know first hand works well.

I don't have any for official measurement no, because of my downward curve, measuring while straightening the penis and taking a picture with a camera becomes a troublesome task. There are some girth measurement pictures though my EQ was not great in those.

I do 1 hour in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], 30 minutes each direction and then 10 minutes manual each direction at higher intensity. I don't know if that's optimal but it's what I am trying right now.
 
I would have hoped you did know as you sort of discovered this pre-fatigue deal. How does your flaccid behave after all that bundling? I only do about twenty minutes of manual high-intensity ones, and I think my flaccid likes that alot as it gets very jelly. If I go past that time then I start wanting to turtle which is when I know its time for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].
Have you ever been successful in doing two girth workouts w/bundles in a twelve hour window? I can't because I give myself allot of fluid which sort of irritates my skin too much for more bundles<:(

Well it could really make sense, in my mind, that perhaps spending time exclusively on Tunica work may lead to faster gains when a full routine is taken back up. We have a lot of men doing different things that I am trying to coordinate to give some better theory on this ongoing research. So your work here Jake is very important in the way I described.

For me personally, I am just more prone to Fluid Retention and EQ impact with pumping then some guys. I know there are some guys on the board who can do two pumping sessions a day and still be rock hard without fluid retention. I am not one of those guys.

Prior to bundling workouts however, even 1 pumping session 3x5 would cause considerable FR. However, adding bundling has decreased my overall Fluid Retention and increased my expansion by an average of about .25".

In the 6 months leading up to starting bundling the way that I am now, I gained .5" in girth but could only do 1 pumping sessions every 2 days. In the 2 months since I have been doing it I have gained .4" (just shy of .5"). If I get that final .1" I will have double my gains over time average for girth.

I have had a recent setback however and have not been able to do PE for almost 10 days now. I have a recent back injury (herniated disk) that I was getting treated when there was an accidental tear of the dural covering, which caused a spinal leak and the need for surgery that happened on Monday. Leading up to that the spinal headaches caused by the leaking fluid kept me flat on my back for 5 days. Needless to say, it sucked.

This incident has set me back off my training schedule and may impact my research numbers, which is unfortunate but was unavoidable. Once I am healthy I will get back on track.
 
That sucks. At least you have a routine that yields results rapidly. Did they give you a prognosis on when you should be able to start moving around without agony?

I've got another 2-3 days of bedrest required. The positive from a work perspective is I am caught up on ALL of my research reading for the year, the negative is I am out of things to watch on Netflix, and that's saying something these days ;).

At least it's not months. Back injury like that almost sounds like it could have had you in bed way longer. Cringe worthy stuff.

My last back and neck injury was soooooo bad! I was in pain for 9 months and every day and night I was suffering. I went to a PT and after a few sessions we worked it out. I wish I would have went sooner. And the kicker is I was in the middle of a terrible depression. Back and neck pain are nothing to sit with, get to the doctor, get a referral to a PT and work it out.

Suffering with any body injury can effect motivation and ultimately penis enlargement will become difficult. Please take care of yourselves.

Been to the doc, and then some. Getting it taken care of, unfortunately it was during the "getting it taken care of" that the spinal leak was caused. That leads to where we are today. I am working it out and will be back in PT next week hopefully.

amazing i had a similar situation months ago the pain was so unbereable specially in the morning.i couldnt get off the bed...besides the emotional depressive situation i go trough sometimes, i completely understand you..
