I am just so happy you tried this and made it happen. When someone suggested it a while back I never tried because I dd not think it would hold. So happy that you went that extra mile and made it a new exercise. This is going to help so many men with Tunica breakdown and length and girth gains faster because of this.
 
So quick update, I have not done a measurement and won't for another 2 weeks, but the amount of expansion and even change in my flaccid girth is visibly noticeable now. This is really helping to get things moving for me.

Seeing it visually is usually hard when gains are not made or are slow, but if you can actually notice the size change you can guaranty you have made good gains.
 
Been pretty steady with my routine over the last week, continuing through today.

Getting 30 minutes of newbie stretches
Then 10 minutes manual bundles (5m in each direction)

Warmdown with light stretches, bundles and massage

At the moment I am not having any fluid retention problems, and I am getting noticeably more expansion from my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] sessions. I am breaking that tunica down and working towards that 6.5" girth mark. I am hoping for .2" inches a month right now, we will see what the first months measurements bring, I will be measuring on the 21st.

I think so much more light needs to be shed on the importance of doing Tunica specific stretches that break down the dense tissue to allow for faster length and girth gains. I am almost done with a great article on the differences between stretches that I think will be hugely beneficial to many who are struggling to gain.

I think you are dead on brother, I didn't realize how important it was or even how much it could effect other things like Fluid Retention and even my length sessions. I think there are probably many guys that are limiting or preventing easy won gains by not stacking tunica stretches into their routine. I will be diligent about tracking my measurements and progress so we can use it as a differentiation between my pre-tunica stretch and post-tunica stretch workouts and gains.

Cool to see someone else is also doing bundled [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] stretches! I hadn't tried reducing the bars to crank up over 360 - will have to check that out and mix it up.
 
Getting a 1-hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] bundle session in this morning before I get my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session. I did my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session yesterday without my bundle workout, I got less than .2" in expansion with my post pump erect girth then I did before with EG measurement. Today I am trying my pump session with a full 1-hour tunica stretch before hand to see if I can measure a noticeable difference in expansion and post pump gains. I will post my results afterward.

Here is a pic of the stretch, getting a full 720 degrees of rotation at about 800 grams of pressure, 30 minutes in each direction. 30 minutes in the other direction and then I am hitting the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and I will post my results.

So, yesterdays [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session gained me just under .2" in post session erect girth (measured before and 10 minutes after session).

Today's session with the 1-hour pre-pump tunica stretches using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I gained .5" in post pump erect girth.

While this is not "empirical evidence" to prove my theories, it does however show that in my specific use case pre-pump tunica stretches increase both my expansion and post-pump erect girth. While reducing my overall fluid retention from identical sessions without pre-pump stretches. Considering these results I may be able to move back to the recommended 3x5 method from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]. I will try later this week and see if I can avoid the fluid retention with a longer sessions.

Jake, this is in line perfectly with the study I am writing and I think it is revolutionary in PE and will become one of the most important parts of gaining. The Tunica surrounds our penis like a tight rubber and it is extreme,ely dense (5% elasticity). This is a major understanding because it explains a long list of reasons men have issues with gaining. Alright so today's routine was a little different. Not a lot mind you, but it was not zero either. We will see how long it takes for it to subside, but I think I will stay with 2x5 for the time being, maybe give it a month and then step up to 3x5.

Expansion and post pump temporary gains today were .6" putting my temp gains at 6.1" MEG. Now I don't maintain that for very long (maybe 30-45 minutes) at this time but it is my understanding that I can start to make that more and more permanent the more I train.

I am also experimenting with a new expressive stretch, again using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and I have to say... it's stretching the living crap out of me. Again for this you will need to have an silicone sleeve to use. Put on the silicone sleeve about 1/3 of the way up from the base of the penis. Remove all rods from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] except for the base rods that have the spring in them. Put the base with rods on and move the rods out of the way. Then before putting the attachment back onto the rods strap in using the comfort strap directly around where you put the silicone sleeve. Using your hands extend yourself and compress the rods 1 at a time to get them back into the device. Now adjust tension as required.

I have been stretching for about 60 minutes with this method today and man can I feel it, getting a consistent 1000 grams or so of pressure. All while hands off and even right now while I am posting this ;). I am not sure if it is as strong as my normal manual expressive stretches but I can do it a lot longer that is for sure. I will keep working at this one for the next 2 weeks or so and see if I notice any measurable results.

I had what I believe is the best session I have ever had in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] today. I was able to increase the pressure to a level I never have before, even though I have slight FR, I was able to relieve the FR by doing manual bundles after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] set.

Day's workout (thus far):
1 Hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] normal stretch at 900 grams

I achieved an post pump erection girth of 6.3" mid shaft. I am starting to get WAY more expansion then I ever did before. These are temp gains that I need to cement but DANG did it feel huge in comparison. I am ridiculously psyched about it. I am going to pump again before sex tonight, yep, I am bringing it to bed.

Thanks bro, but honestly I have just been learning from guys like DLD and taking their theories behind their training and applying them. I can't take the credit for myself, I never would have discovered any of this if it wasn't for DLD and the brotherhood.
 
Also, quick note. I did pump and get to use it in bed last night. It was one of those nights where she wasn't really in the mood so much, until I got it in, that changed everything. Noticeable difference, things got crazy after that point ;). Best measurement of success ever, bodily response from your significant other.
