You are probably pumping too hard, don't be afraid to take your time between pumps. Also when you are pumping make sure you are pressing into your torso meat and not your balls. Just take your time and be patient, and like shortdick said you can manually tug your sack down before you pump.

Thanks bro, I will try slowing it down and working my way up to pressure. I usually just go in and pump, I will try gradually working my way up.

I do pull down on the sack while I pump too, that does help some but over time even if I don't pump more they seem to just get sucked up to the rim of the pump as I move around and wash in the shower.

Another thing to try is to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] upside down, that can sometimes be a massive relief on the scrotum.

This might be as a result of excessive lubricant like vaseline or something like that. It used to happen to me until I stopped putting vaseline around the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] Extreme. Shave daily right before your girth session. If you must use lubricant, only a little at the top of the base only . My 2 cent.

I think this actually contributed to my problem, kind of figured it out the other day. I also started wrapping the base of my penis with a self-adhesive wrap and that made a huge difference as well, not just for keeping my balls safe, but for overall pump.
 
So the past few days have been a consistent routine, staying with the same program for the moment:

3x Manual Stretches (1 Minute Holds, Up, Middle and Down)
3x Expressive Stretches (1 Minute Holds, Up, Middle and Down)

10 Sets of Erect Bends against curve

I have seen a noticeable change in my curve since I started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], not too mention the size gain. I had a huge pump today, definitely the best I have had but also had my first case of noticeable fluid retention (donut effect). How long should I rest from this?

You can see in the side pic, that my curve has been reduced to 10% or less. Also, the top down view doesn't account for the curve which takes about .2" away from straight measured length.

Today was also measurement day for me, since I am traveling tomorrow and won't have a chance. New measurements NBPEL 8.6", MEG 5.5"...

Pics not working bro, put 3 - 5 spaces in between and it should work. When its working you can see the picture and not the text attachment.

Donut? Rest until its completely gone which is different for everybody id say 12 - 24 hrs.

Edit: Dont have the pics attachments side by side, underneath each other with sufficient space in between.

Got 5 sessions in this week, stepped up the intensity a bit on the routine:

Warmup Stretches
4x6min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] (Super sets with below)
50x6 Jelqs
5x6 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s

On average I got about 2 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] time a day. Still keeping that at maintenance levels right now as length is not the goal anymore, I already passed my length goal last week.

Had some Fluid Retention to deal with this week. However, I have found a Fluid Reduction PE routine that I am testing that seems to be helping. Essentially I am doing a second cool down workout about 30 minutes post session that focuses on getting the fluid out of the penis, it seems to be working for me. However, I would love to be getting no FR at all and will probably step the intensity down a notch again and allow more time to adjust to avoid the FR altogether. Just wanted to try this for a week and see if I adjusted or not.

I will be traveling all week next week, so I won't have access to my tools. It will be all manual PE for 1 week, Stretches, Jelqs, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s.

I think some men are just more prone to fluid retention than others. SlowSquashJelqs get much of it away for me. A week without tools? Your going old school!:) I hope you have a safe and happy trip!
 
There´s a way bro,

Try 5 - 6 minutes at different pressures in the pump and you´ll find out. Mine is 18,5, here i get no FR and only expansion and also my EQ is 100% when am only pumping 18,5 which is also a very good sign. Girth is not achieved through high pressure pumping, length is. Experiment and also use your EQ as a compass, when you´ve found this Golden Level just stay there, i know it´s not satisfying for the ego not advancing upwards in the pump. Great [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] girth gainers like Dan Clizer and also our very own Acromegaly have not been pumping at high pressures to achieve their results.
