So good to see how inspired you are to get to your goal, keep that fire burring and make that goal happen. The routine is super effective and will bring gains very quickly but it is going to require you staying in that right frame of mind.

You remind me of me in the beginning, I was very determined to make the gains I wanted and I ignored all soreness and fatigue and worked through it to make the gains come true. With your attitude you will see wonderful gains. Base girth is effected by all stretching but mainly downward stretching.

Update....Just measured length...the reason because when I had sex the other day (Post about this coming soon) it looked bigger than normal. Same routine, except I've been doing the 6x6 for 1 session a day, probably like twice a week.


Started this thread at 6 inches. Length now measures at 7.5 erect. I slowed down for a sec, let life get in the way but these new results have reinvigorated me.

When I started I went hard for a month, It seems now that I slowed up my routine to like 2-3 times a week after a 2 week hiatus my length just a half an inch getting back into it. I'm going to start turning up even more consistently. I'm going to go back to my daily routine cuz DLD is right, you miss one day and then you know a month has passed cuz it's that hard to get back into PE mode for me.

I might be larger than 7.5 though, just maybe because when I get hard in front of a girl, it's a different type of erection. Like I look down at it in disbelief but I'm not going to whip out a ruler and measure then lol.

Intensity + spending at least 1.5 hours on PE (When I was doing 2x a day it was like 3+ hours) + Consistency

That's a pretty long time. Have you looked into air pumping? Id say if you're making gains though, then I wouldn't really change anything other than upping what you're currently doing.

it doesnt work for everyone, and depends how long and how intense youre pumping

Everyone is different and will find a jelqing method best for them when pumping. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] has been the favored exercise in this due to the way it is proficient at dispersing fluid throughout the penis with equality but there are other exercises that will serve a similar function. Horses and Ulis can be used as well as even basic jelqing. Whatever the exercise is it is most important to take notice of how much expansion is gained with the most minimal fluid retention.

Don't even sweat the fluid retention, it can be jelq'd out later but I also notice when you do as you do the 6x7 more than once a day, the second time you won't have fluid retention. In my case anyways

I actually bought an air pump but I made a mistake and got the wrong tube size, then discovered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], haven't looked back since
 
Also not sure if this adds anything but since I've been doing PE I've been going commando, no underwear. And I started started taking L-arginine but recently switched to horny goat weed

i get fluid retention whenever i hit a good intensity in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words]. it doesnt go till the next day so it would still be there if i did a second session in one day unfortunately

I won't measure till Dec. 1st, I'm just going to put the work in. My ultimate goal is to get that 6 inch girth (really 6.3) and jump a whole inch in length, so 8.5 x 6.3. Wish me Luck!

You never know. You might enjoy air pumping. Gives you more control and you can do electronic pumping which is awesome if you get the equipment.
 
Need some advice, DLD, if you reading chime in. Ok...I've been derailed. Yesterday in the afternoon I did my 6x7, then I did another round at 11pm...and I haven't been able to get erect since. Is this normal? Like have I fatigued my penis to the point where it can't get erect...what are the pros of the this. Are there any? And cons besides not getting erect, It doesn't feel like I did any permanent damage. I literally tried from like 2am - now to get erect, no deals no matter what kind of stimulation.

With that much fatigue I would be stretching as much as I can since when you are fatigues there is no better time to stretch. Overtraining in girth can lead to fatigue and it makes certain sense to jump into length as soon as you reach this state.
 
So a few more questions DLD...in the cartoon dragon ball z..when a saiyan is damn near beat to death after surviving they get something called a zenkai boost, basically they get stronger.....is it like that in PE? When you over work a penis or injure yourself does the dick come back stronger?

Would it be a good length workout to constantly overtrain with girth to get in more stretchy and use those days for length to take advantage of that?

I believe that you can overtrain in girth work by I do not think there is a limit of length work, at least for me. Maybe in the beginning of PE the penis can be too sore after length but eventually this fades. With length, the more fatigue the better but it is important to plan it right so fatigue is not present in sexualy activity or girth work.
