no problem! if you want to go for the chalk route you can get chalk used for lifting, its pretty cheap. if you cant find that then you could probably just use smoe regular chalk and crush it up

When I did em I would hold the tourniquet till I was strait gorge. Then grip the glans itself, it felt so dense that didn't imagine it injuring. But it does collapse cuz of the difficulty level,meaning I had to re-gorge all the time. Still got the expansion in, and it doesn't feel anything like an uli

Yeah, thats bad side of them, you lose engorgement fast because of intensity, I need a few minutes to repeat erection level, but its worthy, exercise is a KILLER
 
They're all pretty dope if u cycle them every now and then,could also take two weeks off that has to reset the efficacy of a girth method
 
Cycle: When you switch a girth method for another, then a different, its a diversion for the dik tissues cuz they acclimate to a particular exercise. That's y you notice the first time theres crazy expansion, but the next time it doesn't expand as much as u wanted.

That's when ur dik got used to that way of expansion.

When that happens it could be wise to take days off, and cycle the methods. No need to keep beating ur dik up if the expansion isn't optimal. Use that time off to stretch, edge so that u will heal at around the same size u had been expanding. PE takes time, and girth-worth is hella fun so y not take days off right? Though it is hard to do that, cuz you're seein it get all swole

shouldnt do. weightlifters use it on their hands all the time, under much greater stress than p.e. just monitor it, if it doesnt feel right stop using it, but it should be completely fine

chalk is used to protect the skin by improving grip and prevent damage from friction. now when it come to weight lifting that is often metal on skin WITCH (b/c it's halloween soon!!!) is more likely to cause skin damage then skin to skin. so the chalk will work even better for preventing damage with skin to skin.

You might try it out. You mean lifting/gym chalk or like blackboard type chalk?
Blackboard/sidewalk chalk contain calcium carbonate and a color additive depending on the color.

All of which are safe. Just don't snort a line or anything like that.

A leftward curve sucks, i jave an upward so my dick looks shorter in mirror it so annoying, but i heard women like upward curve for g spot i think.

Tkto, yeah those stretches soind productive but maaaybe i'll do switching mod for stretches, one workout with basics, one day jai stretch.
As for advanced tehniques and those 30 secs, is because my hand are getting tired if i hold more than 30 secs.

I've only been praised twice for my upward curve. I've gotten many complains due to the curve causing pains during sex.
