Cycle: When you switch a girth method for another, then a different, its a diversion for the dik tissues cuz they acclimate to a particular exercise. That's y you notice the first time theres crazy expansion, but the next time it doesn't expand as much as u wanted.
That's when ur dik got used to that way of expansion.
When that happens it could be wise to take days off, and cycle the methods. No need to keep beating ur dik up if the expansion isn't optimal. Use that time off to stretch, edge so that u will heal at around the same size u had been expanding. PE takes time, and girth-worth is hella fun so y not take days off right?
